We stayed here for 10 days and felt extremely comfortable! We liked the fact that we were not confined to our room. We had access to the common spaces like the lounge area which is huge. We enjoyed using the gym and pool table. The washing m/c and drier were an added benefit. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful - Melanie and Daniel in particular. We look forward to returning here. Thanks once again to the entire Amrath Apart - Earth Hotel team for making our stay extremely comfortable!!! Cheers.

I was a little bit disappointed about my stay. The room wasn’t really cleaned properly, the heating system was not capable of heating the whole room and the bathroom wasn’t even equipped with a heating system. During my stay the room was infested with silverfish. It takes a 20 minutes walk to get to the closest bus station and the noise of the airplanes (airport nearby) was quite loud. The washing machines were functioning quite rare and if the did. work the demand for them was quite high so the waiting time was long for them. There was not a real reception (self check-in and out) which isn’t a problem itself but this has led to many duplicate invoices and it was very difficult to get correct invoices and my money back afterwards. The parking fee was higher than stated at the online booking/ booking website. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend to stay there even when considering the price.

Our stay was great overall but we didn’t really get any help from house keeping after the first 3days. We were there over a week and a half and they did not check on us for towels or toilet paper.

Perfect for a 3 week business trip for three weeks with parking and 15 min drive to the RAI or 30 min cycle. good restaurant with in walking distances.

The Amrath Apart Hotel would have been a great place to stay if the room was cleaned. Our room had brown splatter on the wall, dust bunnies and crumbs all over the floor. There were dishes in the kitchenette area that we were free to use, but had to provide our own dish soap. The shower flooded beyond the drain, so showers had to be very quick to avoid flooding the bathroom. There seemed to be quite a communication barrier and we felt that we didn’t have an understanding of what we were supposed to do. There is no on-site restaurant and the hotel is out of the centre, close to the hotel, which makes getting anywhere without a car a challenge. The staff was polite and helpful to hail taxis for us, but the fare for a 1 way trip down to the centre of Amsterdam was € 40.00 Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. As we were on our honeymoon, this made intimate activities super challenging. We both spent time falling into the space between the bed while we were trying to be close. We are grateful that we had accommodations, but felt quite isolated while staying there

The hotel has certainly seen changes in the past 5 years. We were here in 2018 and had a wonderful time. This year, the amenities have certainly disappeared. No face cloths, kleenex in the rooms. Maid service, when done was good but, we only had them in twice in the two weeks we were there. The 24 hour grocery had certainly gone downhill. We used to get fresh fruit, baked goods, dairy, etc in the past. No more now. That was disappointing. The staff, however, were excellent! No complaints about the service.

Hotel is situated in very nice area. Room was specious, clean and kitchen was equipped with kettle, little fridge and microwave. Bathroom was clean and nice too. There were just a few weak points. Firstly service- receptionists looked annoyed every single time we asked anything. A big parking space infront of hotel is apparently for a short stay only (approx. 15), even though it was empty we were said to pay 5 EUR per night for the parking spot behind the hotel. When we asked receptionist if we can get our bins emptied, answer was firstly positive, but it never happened. When we asked second time, her colleague just gave us two bin bags and informed us that we have to do it ourselves. Overall, hotel property and rooms are very nice, but we definitely didn't feel welcomed.
