Port Talbot

Visited for a birthday treat with my daughter, received a very warm welcome from receptionist. Room was clean and needs were really comfortable. Did request more pillows which was no problem. Despite being near a busy roundabout, traffic noise was minimal and we both had a really good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend the sausages!! Overall one of the nicest Premier Inns I've stayed in.

I stayed in the Premier Inn back in January and I can’t fault the hotel outstanding. I met a lovely housekeeper. I think she said her name was Claire the most lovely receptionist. I think her name was Claire as well and a lovely housekeeper Taomi

Perfect if you have a need to stay in Port Talbot. Was really busy and popular but in a good way. No impact to our stay. Room was really fresh and modern, super clean and great staff. Thank you.

Had a great night sleep, the bed was so comfortable, stayed in a family room, was perfect for us while we were away from home visiting family, i am allready looking for our next trip in blackpool at there premier inn, these hotels will be my go to from now on, had a great experience

Being a Port Talbot boy (Baglan)- I wanted to stay near a relative..but not with them! Room was spot on other than a bit of foot stomping from the room above at about 10:30 at night. Shower great,bed spot on…all clean. Very,very friendly staff- not over familiar, but a lovely,genuine, warm welcome. We would stay here on every visit back to South Wales without doubt. 30 seconds from the M4…. with NO motorway noise! Thank you Premier Inn Baglan 🙏🏻

5 stars for staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodated additional requirements. Even promptly posted items I had left behind in my hotel room. 5 stars for cleanliness and functionality of the room, including a comfortable bed. 3 stars for the inability to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very warm, even with a fan. In cooler months this is a perfect place to stay.
