部屋は清潔で広々としています。アメニティも揃っており、ボトル入りの水もあります。場所は静かでアクセスも良好です。SMバギオやバーナム公園といった主要観光スポットにも近いです。

一番気になったのはシャワーエリアの浸水です。排水口が床面より高くなっているため水が溜まりやすく、何度も滑りそうになりました。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は品数が少なく、翌日も同じメニューでした。しかし、フロントのサービスは素晴らしく、特にマディさんは私たちの要望に迅速に対応してくれました。

部屋は清潔ではない。朝食は遅すぎる。コーヒーが出るまで15分もかかる。床に敷いたタオルもない。飲み水を得るためにいつもレストランまで走らなければならなかった。値段が高すぎる。改装が必要だ。

チェックイン時間は午後2時ですが、午前10時にチェックインできました！午前4時頃に到着したので、本当に助かりました。駐車場係員の対応も素晴らしかったです。駐車場で仮眠も取れました。また、HW内にあるので助かりました。

Great place with great price. Only issue is the water is not hot enough. Food is decent with great variety. They have hot pot for 700php for two.

Always love the buffet breakfast. Walking distance to a shopping mall if you have some errands to do or love to shop. The room is nice, clean and comfortable .

I booked my stay at Ion Hotel Baguio through Trip.com, and overall, it was a convenient and decent experience for a Baguio trip. The booking process on Trip.com was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was clearly indicated, from confirmation details to check-in instructions, so I didn’t encounter any issues upon arrival. As for the hotel, the location is definitely one of its biggest strengths. It’s very close to popular spots like Burnham Park and SM Baguio, which made it easy to walk around and explore the city.

It was good.. However one of the basic ameneties of having a hot shower was not provided.. Overall, it was still a good place to stay I just hope they improve the breakfast buffet as well..

Loved our stay at Ion Hotel Baguio 🤍 Spacious room, good breakfast, big parking space, and a cozy lobby. Location is a win since it’s very near Burnham Park. Such a cool and comfy place to stay.
