The place has amazing spas,jacuzzi's,pools and the best food! The only missing thing is a coffee machine for those coffee lovers early in the morning before 8 am when the breakfast opens and some water filters in the pool area! The staff are very helpful and friendly!

Food was an absolute nigh**are. No labels for the food or allergens involved in the production. Cockroaches present in the food area. They managed to ruin even romanian standard traditional ones like mamaliga, sarmale or piftie - not respecting any decent recipes. Everything made with the most cheap ingredients. For 4 days they have never cleaned the room. Not even the trash bins, not to say towels or bed arrangement. The whole resort looks old and completly unmaintained. Although the staff was really nice. The biggest problem is that they where happy with their work. The cook was even eating their own food. Total dissapoin**ent. 4 stars? More like 2 and a half. To avoid not only the hotel, but the city!! Baile Herculane looks like after war - total ruin.

I am very grateful for the memorable ritual & therapy that Sisi offered me at Bacolux Aphrodite Resort & Spa, Herculane. I visited Herculaneum for business and slept only one night at the 4-star Aphrodite Hotel. I especially liked that they didn't add napron on the bed and it was very clean and warm. The bathroom cosmetics are good quality, the room is large and very well equipped. I also had a generous desk that was very helpful for me. The internet works well and the mattress and pillows are of good quality so I slept very well. Breakfast is normal but good and a la carte menu is very attractive. The coffee at the main bar is also exceptional. I will definitely be back for several days!

Beautiful area, well paired with a modern Hotel and Spa trea**ent. Professional service and helpful staff, Plentiful and colourful buffet served every day, A-la-cart Menu also available.Clean rooms and amenities, perfect mood all around for relaxation. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

The hotel's policy is extremely disgusting: you are only allowed to stay at the weekend for a minimum of 2 nights, and we only wanted 1 night. So, I called on Saturday morning and made a reservation for one night (besides us, there were others who did the same). Besides the fact that they have some exorbitant prices for what they offer, the lady Oana at the reception was very rude and seemed like she was scolding us. For the general manager, she should be moved as a matter of urgency because her attitude leaves much to be desired. The spa is ok, the pool, the saunas are just fine (although they only have 5 sunbeds for the whole hotel). The food is very good and the foreign staff are very kind (compared to ours). In conclusion, disappointing!

It was a very good period to go in Baile Herculane because there are not so many people. The hotel and the facilities are 5 stars. The food was very good, kind personal and clean rooms. Baile Herculane must be one of the best place for tavel and terapy.

Everything was bad , dirty room, very hard bed and at the restaurant we haar to wait more then 2 hours for the food! This is no 4 star’s hotel, maybe 2 , but you pay for the 4 stars! In the spa era it was a lot of rust,the food was normal but overpriced!
