ホテルの環境はとても良く、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、一番お勧めなのはホテルの朝食です。とても豪華です。

事前にメールで有料のアーリーチェックインについて確認しました。滞在中に誕生日が2人いるとのことでしたが、返信はありませんでした。 到着後、ホテル側は何も書いていないと主張し、手紙を見つけたようです。明らかにホテルは満室ではなかったにもかかわらず、1時間早くチェックインすることすらできませんでした。税金は既に支払っていたにもかかわらず、二重請求されました。 滞在中、誕生日のお祝いの言葉は一切なく、ちょっとしたお礼状さえありませんでした。 まとめると、このレベルのホテルにしてはサービスの質がかなり低いです。 客室の設備や設備を考慮すれば、全てが良好です。立地も良いです。

新しいホテルで、内装はまずまずですが、バスルームは少し物足りないです。立地は良いのですが、入り口の駐車場が少し不便です。別の駐車場があるのでしょうか？ビーチへの遠出にはとても便利です。

素晴らしい滞在でした。受付のサービスは最高で、まさに最高です！立地も完璧で、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内です！完璧なホテルです。唯一の問題はハウスキーピングです。掃除はされず、ただ並べるだけです。トイレで問題に遭遇しましたが、全く掃除されていませんでした！部屋のティッシュボックスが空だったにもかかわらず、補充されず、気づかれずに掃除もされませんでした。ティッシュボックスをリクエストしたにもかかわらず、ティッシュボックスの入れ物ではなく、脇に置かれていました。しかし、受付のスタッフは常に喜んでお手伝いし、深夜の清掃サービスまで提供してくれました。完璧なホテルです。ハウスキーパーのレベルアップだけは必要です。 注：低層階や特定の道路に面した部屋は、車の騒音で眠れないほどです。そのため、高層階またはホテルの別の場所への移動をリクエストしてください。

客室は十分な広さで、設備は国内の3つ星ホテルに匹敵します。サービスは全体的に劣悪で、地元の人々の気さくな雰囲気のせいか、少し物足りなさを感じます。朝食は私たちの好みではありませんでした。このホテルの最大の問題は、三方が通りに面しているため、交通量が多く、夜間は騒音がひどいことです。

ホテルは市内の非常に便利な場所にあります。スイートを予約するとラウンジバーも利用できます。チェックイン日に朝食は客室料金に含まれていると聞きましたが、ホテルの朝食はとても充実していました。

The InterContinental was very well located for us, close to both the promenade and the city center. We did not need to use public transport at all, as we were able to walk everywhere easily. The rooms were pleasantly dark and had blackout curtains, which was great for sleeping. Unfortunately, the curtain came down several times during our stay. The washcloth was also not replaced, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted by guests, which made the control panel feel a bit unnecessary. The towels felt somewhat worn and were not as soft or fluffy as expected. The coffee machine was also quite disappointing; a simple Nespresso machine would have worked much better. On the positive side, it was nice that water and coffee were replenished every day, and the massage was very good. Unfortunately, some of the staff did not speak enough English to understand requests properly, and we had to wait around 50 minutes for a requested bathrobe. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were too many small issues for us to rate it as excellent

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean. The hotel is in an ideal location especially to access the old town.
