COMO ウマ ウブド(Como Uma Ubud, Bali)

サービスは素晴らしく、ウェイターとウェイトレスは全員親切で、滞在中ずっと親切で、強くお勧めします。 また、ホテルのイタリアンレストランは世界クラスで、バンドと歌手のパフォーマンスはプロフェッショナルで、雰囲気は素晴らしく、ここでの夜のディナーは素晴らしいものです。

ホテルの場所はジャングルに近く、部屋は湿っていてかび臭く、全体的な清潔さと細部は満足のいくものではありません。果物の皿が壊れていて、まだゲストに届けられている、蚊帳が壊れている、ベッドシーツが掃除されていない、木製のスクリーンと家具のカビはきれいに掃除されていません。客室ではまだ使用されています（ホテルは洗ったと言いましたが、跡があります）。私たちの滞在の最初の夜、浴槽とシャワーのお湯が1時間冷たく、浴槽の水は灰色の泥のしみで乾きました。ホテルの方は、どうしてこうなったのかわからないと言っていましたが、最終的には部屋をアップグレードしてくれましたが、コモの印象はかなり下がってしまいました。 新しい部屋に泊まった最初の夜、朝にトイレとプールの横のソファで動物の糞が見つかり、家族は早朝にドアの外の通路で小さな石が鳴っているのを見つけたと言いました。目が覚めたとき、彼らは外のプールのソファに大きなヘビを見た.おそらくプール沿いだった-屋外バスルーム-トイレが入ってくる.幸い、バスルームとトイレのガラスのドアは密閉されている.さもなければ、中に入る.大きな部屋。ホテルは、ヘビを報告した最初のゲストであり、大きなヤモリの糞である可能性があると答えました... とにかく、ウブドのコモは本当に住む価値がなく、レストランの料理の質は良くない部屋の質の悪さは、この旅行の大きな後悔の1つでした。

nice place, nice location, nice food and clean

很幽靜的酒店，價格挺貴，我覺得適合住一天體驗一下。工作人員非常有禮貌，噓寒問暖。酒店很特別，我個人而言喜歡比較熱鬧的，比如Ayana。但是這個的確是挺小清新的。工作人員服務態度很好。

It was our first time in Ubud, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience at Como Uma Ubud. From our arrival, the resort team made us feel at home. The attention to detail is unmatched, and we can't fault a single thing. We highly recommend the SPA treatments, where each therapist is extremely well-trained, kind, and professional. The body wrap was the highlight treatment, but each one was memorable. The rooms are wonderfully designed, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The food at each restaurant within the resort is five stars, along with the service. We also organized some experiences from the resort lobby, and all were extraordinary. Our guide for the Tirta Empul water purification was outstanding, a super knowledgeable companion who personalized the experience to the smallest details. The same goes for the mountain tour hike, which was another highlight of our holiday in Bali. This is a place that we will definitely revisit. Special thanks to the general manager, Suteja Gede, and her entire team for the memorable experience.

This was our second stay here because we love this place so much the first time! This resort is small but has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Ubud. My husband and I stay here for 9 days at the beginning of June. Our room was a standard Ubud Room on the 2nd floor. Room was very spacious and comfortable with twice daily cleaning and turndown service that included mosquito netting. Bathroom had shower, tub, and double sinks. Balcony was very large and had daybed, table, and two chairs. We enjoyed our balcony and even had a romantic candlelight takeout dinner one night. This resort has everything -- great restaurants, wonderful spa, and many amenities (i.e. complimentary yoga classes and morning walks, etc), and above all – GREAT staff! We had a problem with our first room, but Ayu at the front desk quickly found us another room. Every staff member we met was genuinely helpful and friendly – especially the people who served breakfast at the Kemiri Restaurant! We enjoyed chatting with them every morning and learned about the Balinese culture! This resort also has wonderful restaurants – as mentioned above, Kemiri Restaurant for breakfast (and occasional dinner), Pool Bar for tacos and pizza, and La Cucina for delicious authentic Italian meals! (If I closed my eyes, I’d think we were back in Rome or Naples – the food was THAT good!) There are also many wonderful local restaurants nearby, so you definitely won’t go hungry here! You don’t need to go out at all but, of course, you should because Ubud is a beautiful town! The resort offers complimentary shuttle to take you there (will take about 5 minutes), but you can also walk to town (will take about 20 minutes.) The streets are often not even, so you need to be careful, but it’s easy walking. Since we’ve been staying in Bali for over two weeks (we started in Jimbaran) and also hiked Mount Batur, we got a large load of dirty laundry. The resort offers laundry service but bit pricey. Luckily, there’s affordable laundry service two blocks away called Express Laundry that will wash, iron, and fold your laundry for cheap. (We had almost 10 lb of clothes and only paid equivalent of $6.) It was wonderful to be able to pack clean clothes in the luggage! All-in-all, a GREAT place to stay in Bali -- AGAIN!

We stayed in a Garden Pool villa for 4 nights on the first part of a trip to Bali. The best part of the Como Uma Ubud is the amazing staff, they are so friendly and go out of their way to greet you, check on you, make sure you have absolutely everything you need. The villa was beautiful, keep in mind the bathroom and bedroom are in separate areas, so you have to "go outside" and then across to visit the bathroom from the bedroom. The wardrobe etc are also located in the bathroom area. Breakfast daily was absolutely delicious and cannot be faulted. We also ate at the italian restaurant on our arrival evening (Uma Cucina) which was great. Food at the bar by the pool was also fantastic. We ate at Kemiri for the Comos weekly Indonesian night (complete with dancers) and were not really thrilled with the food there unfortunately. We also had appointments at the spa for treatments/massage and everything there was professional and a great service. The pool in our villa was unfortunately absolutely freezing cold and we only used it once, therefore if we were to return we would not bother with the expense of a pool villa. The main pool was still cold but tolerable for a decent swim. There were always plenty of beds available around the main pool to relax, just getting a bit busy in the late afternoons. Heating of the pool villas would be a great idea, as Ubud is quite cool with jungle areas. The gym is quite small and one treadmill was out of order. Visiting early in the morning means you may have to wait to go in. The shuttle to town is a great idea, but we found ourselves wishing it was more often, particularly if you wanted to head out for dinner, the timings were quite off. Grab is fortunately easy and cheap to use in Ubud. Ubud town is about 20-25min walk away - however the streets can be difficult to negotiate which makes a short walk more lengthy (Watch carefully where you are walking) and theres a hill to walk up when you are coming back to the Como.

Had a great few days here. Unusual set up, with the rooms all located throughout the complex and in separate “villas”. Lots of stairs, so not great for those with mobility issues. Found the bed to be like a Fred Flintstone cast off. That all said, these negatives pale into insignificance when you experience the hospitality here. The staff are all so well trained (well done to whoever does that). They make you feel like you are so special and they go out of their way to get to know you and give you a fantastic experience. Food was very tasty and the choices for breakfast were wide ranging. Something for everyone. We were told that they are building a new gym to upgrade the existing one. That will be a good move.
