ハイダウェイ ヴィラズ バリ(Hideaway Villas Bali Uluwatu by Kanaan Hospitality)

ウルワツの静かで人里離れたエリアにひっそりと佇み、ホテルのレストラン以外には食べ物が近くにありません。ヴィラはかなりきちんとしていて清潔です。誰にも邪魔されずにゆっくり過ごしたいカップルにおすすめです。

私が今まで見た中で最悪のサービスです。休暇を台無しにしたいなら、ここが最適です。メンテナンススタッフはひどく未熟です。そして、質の高い仕事には興味がありません。家具はとても古く、10 年前はここはかっこよかったと思いますが、今はただの廃墟です。私たちは本当にそれが好きではありませんでした！

Villa is really nice and secluded . As location is rather secluded you need to get a transport out and not possible in to walk out the alley is very narrow and many turns. Rooms are spacious with ample space. Pool is really nice too. Downside is there is too many mosquitoes but insect repellent is provided by the hotel. Bathroom is semi-open at the roof so there will be insects flying aroound in the bathroom. At night the sound of gecko is really loud. It would be have been great if the room toilet is enclosed too.

Check-in was delayed as the housekeeping department needed more time to ensure that the room is in good condition. Stayed in the Buyan room for 3 days, 2 nights and was disappointed with how noisy the room was; the noise came from the pool and it is constantly noisy. I also requested to borrow a universal plug but service staff mentioned that all of theirs were on loan to others. Even till the next day, there isn't one that was provided to me. Thankfully a staff was kind enough to lend me his personal charger for a few hours upon request. The entire stay at the villa was not entirely a pleasant one. For instance, the bath tub is faulty and water keeps draining away. During check-out, I was also accused of drinking a can of Cola from their mini-bar. Villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the main road. Pros: friendly staff, good dining options at the main road, lift access to the room, complimentary drinking water, spacious room Cons: as mentioned above

The view bathtub to the pool looks good but not practical water pressure at the bathtub/ shower sucks, the water drainer in the tub also not working. Pool not tempting at all, itching every where from the bedsheet to the pool.

Service was great, food selection and pricing is good! Just that there a few bugs area the villas and air con are not really cooling, due to the hot weather. Overall, not too bad if you’re just looking for a few day stay!

Nice place, not quite as swanky as the photos looked, it was a bit dated and the breakfast was a little cheap and it was hardly a fitness centre with only a treadmill and a few hand weights in a tiny room. Location looked close but actually required a long and windy walk along narrow roads. Value for money could be better.

Expensive for no good reason. Rooms and bathroom was nice but pool area wasn't clean enough. Service wasnt great short of staff.
