The the location is a bit narrow to enter, limited parking area, simple and old building, there is a mountain view and a small pool with warm water from nature, the rooms & bathrooms are quite clean, & bathroom're clean, location

A very nice guesthouse that is still work in progress. Andre the owner is always on the grounds making sure that guests are taken care of. He booked our trekking guide for Mt Batur and also a jeep to see the sunset and black volcanic ash. Breakfast was great. If you love hot spring there is a hot spring pool onsite. He can also get discounted tickets to the Natural Hot Springs which is within walking distance, but he was very nice to get his staff to drive us there. We also like it that he has an automatic water dispenser in the rooms. Would definitely go back if I’m in Kalimantan. Andre is very resourceful and can get bookings done very quickly. If you are dog lover, there are 2 very lovely huskies that are running around and will come by and say hi, but if you are scared of dogs, do let the staff know so that they can keep them away.

We came to Batur for one day to do the sunrise trek up Mt. Batur. We were originally booked at Toya Divasya but after reading the reviews we changed our minds and looked to book someplace else in the last minute and found Batur Sunrise. So lucky we did! From the moment we arrived (much earlier than the check-in time) our hosts were very accommodating. They hurried to prepare our room even though we were early. The compound is beautiful and well kept with many varieties of fruit trees. They have their own small natural pool that is fed by the same natural hot springs as the two nearby hot springs attractions. Our primary host, Kadek, repeatedly went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After our sunrise trekking the following morning we came back to their private pool to rest our muscles before having breakfast in the garden.
