While our housekeeping team did not detect unpleasant smells during their inspection, we have reminded them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and freshness in all rooms. Regarding the signs of hotel aging, we are pleased to inform you that have recently completed renovations on two of our room types Deluxe Premier and Family Suite, which are now available for booking on our reservation platforms. We are also currently undergoing a phased renovation program to modernize another 2 room types, including the room you stayed in. We will constantly refine our maintenance checks and improve the overall condition of our hotel.
