Samanvaya is just amazing in the beautiful Sidemen valley, the resort is small, personal and luxurious. The staff here are beautiful, so kind, helpful and always happy, Diah at reception is just delightful, Asih in the beautiful restaurant and Newman and Putu on our scooter tour were standouts, but honestly they are all wonderful. We stayed for the second time in the room called Alila, it is beautiful, you honestly could not go wrong in any room, beautiful views and standout decorations and comfort. Sidemen is a quiet area with amazing views of the valley, we have done downhill bike riding and the scooter tour, the area is gorgeous, we loved just wondering the area and seeing the locals go about their daily lives, we can't wait to come back again soon, thankyou for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome.

This resort in the heart of Sidemen is pure beauty! We really enjoyed our stay at Rice Barn Villa, which has incredible interior but also pool with amazing view. Service was incomparably the best we’ve ever experienced in Indonesia. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at Samanvaya Hotel was truly delightful. The picturesque views offered a serene backdrop to our experience. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast at Samanvaya Hotel was simply delightful, with a delectable array of dishes that left us thoroughly satisfied.

Samanvaya is easily one of my favourite places to stay in Bali. If you’re travelling with loved ones or by yourself this is the perfect place to be, the staff were very attentive, the food was amazing and the rooms (I stayed in Batari room) are their best features. From the minute we walked in the hotel lobby we were having a laugh with the staff and by the end, on tours with some of the local villagers drinking coconut wine with at their family house. For anyone thinking of travelling to sidemen or Bali in general I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The villas are amazing in their own right, but the staff were really the cherry on top. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay so peaceful. Thank you to all the forward facing staff and all those behind the scenes who make it all happen x

I spent two beautiful days at Samanvaya for a girls getaway. I was impressed by the beautiful restaurant and the well thought out villas. The rooms give a feeling of luxury and elegance while still showing Indonesian charme. Great service and attentive staff!

This place is calm and peaceful, the perfect stay to relax in nature. Staying at Samanvaya has been the best decision for a few days to disconnect. The staff is kind, friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Our villa was a DREAM, I loved everything! It was spacious, with small details that made our stay more confortable, the unique design in wood and bamboo… and the views of the rice fields from the terrace were stunning! There were two incredible infinity pools with views, perfect for cooling off, sunbathing or just chill on the sunbeds. The breakfast was varied, we could choose among many delicious options, and even healthy ones. It was the perfect start of the day! There are many other reasons to choose Samanvaya to stay in Bali, but I don’t want to reveal everything, so better come and discover by yourself. Definitely, one of the most incredible resorts we’ve ever been.

The minute we entered the lobby we felt relaxed with a view of rice fields and water sounds all around helped by Diah to an upgrade without asking, which was a fantastic surprise. The room was open when we arrived and welcoming with everything you could possibly need rainshower and mosquito net around the bed with a turndown service in the evening. All excursions can be booked through reception we hired a bike very reasonable at 15 aussi dollars a day and drive to most places we wanted to visit. We also used the spa everyday for a massage and a facial all top notch. Had my best sleep in the comfy bed after an evening massage. Took advantage of half price happy hour and free tea and coffee and cake at 3pm all amazing.
