チェックインはスムーズでしたが、予約した4部屋のうち3部屋で午後8時に排水溝から水が出てきました。周りに猫がたくさんいて、猫の糞がたくさんあったため、悪臭がしました。翌朝11時には水が出ませんでした。すべての問題はスタッフに共有されていました。

I absolutely loved my stay at Dewi Kintamani! The view is stunning, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything about the place feels special. If you’re visiting, just embrace the experience and don’t complain about the flies—they’re everywhere in the area, not just here. Would definitely stay again!

I was comfortable in my room. I understand that it’s natural for the fly’s to be there and I can see that you try your best to limit the fly’s near the food but they made me feel uncomfortable.

A beautiful experience to live in a camp in the middle of nature and with a wonderful view. The place is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and the prices are reasonable

We stayed in one of the suite, check-in time at 02:00 p.m., but the Front Desk allows us to occupy the room an hour in advance, to find out the AC is not being turned on, and the small dipping pool by the terrace was still dirty (lots of leaves, etc.), I had to asked Front Desk few times before the Engineer turned the AC unit power on. The Hot water is good and sufficient, we find the best part of this accomodation is the bathroom. Our suite tent is overlooking to the lake and mountains, but the opposite tents are way too close from each other, we can practically heard the occupants doing their "bussiness" in their own bathroom, from our terrace. The menus are basic and a bit sad, could have been improved more. The main access road is narrow, rocky and only one-way-per-car, which is terrible if you caught another car on the opposite direction then one of you need to be the gentlemen to back the way up. Overal, it was good experience, but nothing much special about the accomodation, could use more improvements.

I booked this glamping from their site and sent email directly to the glamping reservations team for a 2-nights stay (4 Deluxe Tent). I have high expectation after reading all the good review. Disaster starts from check-in: 1. The pool cannot be used on day of arrival and must wait until next day and water not warm enough 2. Many tent facilites were not checked and well maintain as picture shown. 3. Entrance to the glamping site only enough for 1-car 4. Too many flies 5. No wood fire place during the night 6. Tent were not seal properly leading to cold wind enter the tent, mosquitos enter the room, fungi all over the tent, toilet paper was not replace with new one or even less than 7. Glamping site we poorly maintain. We decided to only stay for 1-night with 1-night unrefundable for 4-rooms but at least we can come back to our home and can sleep properly with clean environment. Will definitely NOT be back again.

Beautiful scenery at this hotel. I choose the l Le apasys suite tent, and add the extra bed so can fit for 3 adult and 1 child. Bathroom is in the tent. The room is clean, the staff are helpfull. But you have to bring the baygon (insect repellent) lots of flies outside the tent ( bcoz it's close to a plantation) and don't forget to bring a jacket...very cold at night
