これまで滞在したリゾートの中でも最高のリゾートの一つです。あらゆる年齢層の方に休暇を満喫していただける素晴らしいリゾートです。 素晴らしいロケーション、素晴らしい景色、ビーチフロント、そしてスタッフの丁寧で行き届いたサービス。朝食も種類が豊富です。 必ずまた訪れたいと思います。

ウェブで見たヴィラの写真は絵に描いたように完璧で、しかも高評価だったのですが、現実とは程遠いものでした。一番安い部屋でも1泊RM500以上もするなら、それなりの水準は期待して当然です。 チェックイン時、受付では歓迎されていると感じられず、挨拶すらありませんでした（笑）。警備員とバギー係の男性の方が歓迎的で誠実でした。 部屋に入ると、床がひどく傷ついているのを見てショックを受けました。あちこち傷だらけで、誰も磨く気配がありませんでした。エアコンは目に見えて汚れていて、かすかにムスクのような匂いがしました。最後に清掃されたのはいつだったのでしょうか？天井にはシミがあり、壁紙は剥がれて泡立ち、ソファにはアイロンがけの焦げ跡がありました（笑）。トイレの床の隅には砂がまだ残っていました！品質管理とメンテナンスは一体どこにあるのでしょうか？テレビも何も見るものがない。撮った写真をよく見ると、タイルの端が剥がれているのも気づきました。経営陣や従業員の質の高さと考え方の悪さが伺えます。 滞在中、子供用プールは閉鎖されていました。残念でした。どうやら老朽化が進んで修理が必要だったようです。どれくらい閉鎖されているのかは分かりません。基本的に、子供連れの家族がビーチ以外で楽しめるものはほとんどありません。 ビーチへのアクセスですが、セメント製の階段が2つに分かれていました。経営陣は、ゲストに事故が起きてから対応しているのでしょうか？ 食事はまあまあでしたが、種類が少なすぎました。特に素晴らしいというわけでもありません。全体的に良い経験ではありませんでした。むしろ、全くがっかりしました。この価格なら、チェラティン・クアンタン海岸沿いにはもっと良いリゾートが間違いなくあります。ブステッドの株主として、これは非常に懸念すべき点です。家族や友人にはお勧めしません。

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa and was truly impressed with the overall experience. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. The staff and host were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways exceeded our expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Had a great experience here, the room is spacious, hotel is well maintained. Breakfast has variety of food and taste great. Now its my prefered place to stay when visiting cherating.

The Villa is spacious & beautiful. It has dining table & microwave for you to eat in. The private beach is clean & nice, but we feel itchy when swim. The staff said due to sand flies. The swimming pool is rather small & opening hours is short, 9am - 7pm. Went for their jungle trail, a short trail that took about half hour. A bit scary though as I was alone. It would be good if there is an accompanying ranger/guide for guests The breakfast spread is good, like particularly the charcoal toast Hainanese bread with butter. The bread is thick & solid.

The villa was cool and the staffs are all friendly and cater to our request. The overall ambiance is so comfortable and definitely worth a visit for families to relax and spending time together

The family Villa was very cozy. Full view of the ocean. Buggy ride to breakfast place. Very quiet and private.

"Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality" I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royale Chulan Cherating for a short staycation, and it was exactly the refreshment I needed. The View: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the sound of the waves right from the suite was incredibly peaceful. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The Service: The staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine warmth. The Vibe: The villas has a unique architectural charm that feels authentic and serene. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.

Staying at Royale Chulan Cherating Villa was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. The place is absolutely stunning, with beautiful sandy beaches and a serene atmosphere. We booked the Ocean Suite for 3D2N, and our room was located directly in front of Cherating Beach, the vibrant scenery made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delicious selection of local dishes and a variety of desserts. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and we would highly recommend it.
