The doormen and front desk staff are all a class act. It felt great and pampering to receive accommodations here. I do remember one of the doormen, Rob, who was very helpful. He was like the bellservice, doorman, concierge since he knew so much information and was just happy to help. At the end of our stay, I was asked if we enjoyed our stay. There was one thing that was inconvenient. The AC was not setting the proper temperature in the room. Made a few calls and an Engineer came but the problem was not resolved. When I mentioned this incident to Nicolette, she immediately called the manager even if I didn't request for a manager. The manager, Nicola, apologized profusely. She comped our incidental charges, her way of making ammends. That was very considerate of her. She realized that we were inconvenienced but repairing the AC is too late as we were already checking out. Because of this small gesture of acknowledgment, apology, and giving back some unexpected remuneration, I thought to forgive the AC inconvenience and pondered to return again when I'm in Baltimore. They made our family feel special.
