Belong Jin The Dam Hotel And Resort

このリゾートはダムにとても近いので、プライベートな環境を楽しめ、周囲にはレストランもいくつかあります。すべての部屋がプールにアクセスできるタイプのようで、バルコニーから夕日を眺めることができます。

私たちは最近このホテルに宿泊しましたが、良い点も悪い点もありました。 良かった点 • 素晴らしいロケーション: このホテルは近くの国立公園を訪れるのに理想的な場所にあり、周辺を散策するのに便利な拠点となっています。 • 広々としたモダンな客室: 客室は広く、デザインも良く、モダンな雰囲気で、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 • プールにアクセスできる客室: プールに直接アクセスできるのは素晴らしい特徴で、客室からの眺めはとても美しかったです。 気に入らなかった点 • プールの状態: 残念ながら、プールのメンテナンスが行き届いていませんでした。床と壁のタイルが剥がれており、見苦しく、安全上の問題もありました。 • ツアー予約の問題: ホテルを通じて国立公園と湖へのツアーを予約しましたが、料金設定が非常に誤解を招くものでした。当初の料金は妥当に思えましたが、予期せぬ追加料金はチェックアウト時にのみ開示されました。これらの隠れた料金は、最後の瞬間にカウンターの後ろから取り出された別の書類に記載されていました。この透明性の欠如には非常に失望しました。 • 役に立たないスタッフ: スタッフの英語は下手で、予期せぬ料金についての私たちの懸念に答えようとしませんでした。謝罪も説明もせず、支払いを要求しました。この経験から、この問題が無能さによるものか、それとも意図的にゲストを搾取しようとしたのか疑問に思いました。 全体 ロケーションと部屋の質のおかげで、このホテルは可能性を秘めていますが、メンテナンスの悪さとツアー予約の非専門的な対応が、私たちの滞在を著しく損ないました。これらの問題に対処し、顧客サービスを改善しない限り、このホテルをお勧めすることはできません。

Everything was nice about this place. They are very close to the lake. The restaurant had good food options. Friendly staff.

Pleasant, quiet location; they upgraded us to a room with a pool. The happy hour cocktails were great, as well as the meal. I would definitely go again. Thank you!

The staff were all polite and helpful at all times. The hotel is very tired and needs a complete refurbishment, reception area which gives first impression was poor. All furniture is chipped, scratched just not inviting at all. Our room was spacious and bedding very clean, door lock needs attention, it’s difficult to lock as the barrel is loose. The pool outside our room had many tiles missing and the main pool had been patched up in an amateurish fashion. The hotel sign in the grounds has a letter missing. A lack of investment all round.  The hotel did arrange a tour on the lake for us which was beautiful and I thank them for that. Beware this hotel is not in the area for regular tour pick ups so you may struggle  to get on any organised tours.
