このホテルはすでに荒廃しており、時代遅れだと思います。寝室のインテリアデザインはちょっと古く、暗く、カーペットは少し臭く、サイドランプは本当に取り外す必要があるようです。トイレの水漏れ。バスルームのタイルは古くなっていて、汚れがたくさんあります。シャワーも交換する必要があります。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていませんなど。パンデミックCovid 19以来、すべてのビジネスが苦しんでいることは理解しています。生き残るために奮闘中。おそら**れがすべての改修プロジェクトがキャンセルされた理由の1つです。そしてもう 1 つ.. 朝食は本当に低予算です。少しがっかりしました。同様のカテゴリーの他のホテルと比較すると、グランド アクイラは他のホテルよりもはるかに優れています。ホテルの管理者はこの点に注意する必要があります。他のホテルはたくさんの宿泊客を受け入れ始めているのに、あなたのホテルはとても空いています。そうでないと取り残されてしまうよ…

全体的には良いです。廊下の明かりだけが暗かった。だから暗いようです

とてもひどかったです。ホテルは改装中のため、ゲストサービスの準備ができていません。

Hotel nya nyaman dan pelayanan baik, lokasi hotel jg strategis

It was our first time stay at this hotel. Close to Dago and Pasteur area, not far from malls or restaurants. This hotel has a wide lobby and lots of sofas there. We occupied connecting rooms that were clean and spacious. Bell boys were helpful and friendly.

It was an elegant 5 stars hotel, i dont know why now it is become a quite hotel, many things has to be update. But it might be due to covid 19. Beyond that still the services is excellent from check in process without queue, during stay with the housekeeping staffs who are very polite. But the breakfast menu has to add more variety. Pool was closed during ppkm, however we still could sit and enjoy the ambience. Although this hotel is quite but it make us stay more comfortable. Thank you, i wish i could stay more longer.

I stayed before on June 2021 with Solitaire suite, Im back and try premiere suite. The premiere was perfect for our honeymoon. During stay i found some problem, the hot water was not hot enough. I call reception and a staff visit but not resolved. I call reception again and want to talk to the manager, i am very surprise since they info that the manager was not available. When i stay before, i was handled by the manager and she solved my problem with fast. I am very dissapointed because the is manager available on this 4* hotel. Weird. However i have 5* for value for the kind staffs. But still i suggest that you should have 24 HR manager available like other hotels i stayed. When i come back hope you could fill my suggestion and im sure other guest also agree with me. Thank you

This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.
