Worst hotel on a strategic places I came from jakarta to hotels around 15.00 (1 hour after check in time) then the FO ask me to wait for the room around 15 minutes, they said the room wasnt ready because other guest asking for late checkout. But, it takes more than 15 minutes. We received 1st room on 16.00 and the 2nd room on 16.30. No one showed up for the complaint until i ask the FO to call the MoD or the FOM. Besides they took a very long time to prepare a room, they gave us the occupied room, our room supposed to be 101 and 103, but they gave us 101 and 106. After we received the key for room 106 at 16.30... its actually belongs to another guest. What a shame. They said there are misscommunication between the FO and the housekeeping which not make any sense for us as guest. You guys should fired people who work that way

It's very good to stay with your partner, especially newly married couples. Apart from the cheap price, here they also have very adequate facilities so they feel more at home, plus the location is great.Close to the city center makes it easy for us to explore the city of Bandung

兩邊都是馬路，很吵，房間很味兒，潮乎乎的酒店，椅子都很臟，且爛了，早飯很一般，難以下嚥。整個就是很不衞生，也不知道咋刷的那麼高評分。

Hari pertama dapet kamar rokok, bau rokoknya nyengat banget, padahal pesennya kamar non rokok karena alergi bau rokok, hari kedua minta pindah kamar dan dibolehkan. Hotel nya kurang pencayahaan, gelap, nuansanya juga kurang bagus dan menu sarapannya kurang. Tapi staff nya ramah dan lokasinya sangat bagus.
