Doesn’t deserve a single star to be honest.
Poor customer recovery. Doesn’t live up to the name “Tuscany”. Pure SCAM, no great ambience.
1) There is no lift access to higher levels. Customer Service Officer refuse to help out with the baggages we have.
2) Booked a room for 10 pax, again the room does not accommodate for 10. 2 queen bed, 1 BROKEN bunk bed. You do the math.
3) Found bedbugs on the bed. One of the lady saw it with her eyes when she lift the bed, but the hotel denied the allegations.
4) Air-conditioner was barely living up to the name. It was blowing air without being cooling. Receptionist apparently inspected, cleaned it in front of us. Doesn’t do justice. Professional much? You decide.
Listed on Trip.com as 4.7. Makes me think there are all paid fake reviews. We had to leave the hotel, because the bed bugs was the last straw. We could have dealt with the dirty unwelcoming ambience, but that was it. Just goes to show the hygiene level is absurd.

Blantantly lying mentioning that the kid jumped on the bed is on another level. We barely “Sat” on the bunk bed and the thin plywood BROKE.
To mention we demanded a change of room, it was because we had 5 big luggages, NO LIFT and receptionists refuse to help carry our bags.
DO NOT ENGAGE THEM! One of the most disgusting hotels ever.
And to think TRIP.COM enables them, is disappointing. If anything, there are much more reliable booking platform. AGODA is one of the best. Tried trip for this trip and they failed us completely.
