Front Desk Service: The service hours were completely inconsistent from the website.
Hair Dryer: It is absurd that such a basic item was not provided. Do I really need to double-check whether a hotel has a hair dryer before booking? That’s like having to ask whether the bathroom comes with toilet paper—it should be a given.
Check-Out at 5 AM: When I made the reservation, I clearly stated that I needed to check out at 5 AM. Even now, after leaving, I have received no response from anyone. No one assisted me, and I still don’t know how to get my deposit back.
Hot Water: There was basically no hot water for showering. The water was freezing cold. Even with the water heater turned to the maximum, it was only slightly warm—definitely not suitable for bathing. I tried to find someone to help, but again, no staff were available. I had to endure two days of cold showers, which has left me feeling unwell. On top of that, without a hair dryer to dry my hair afterward, I truly felt like I was suffering rather than staying at a hotel.
