the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable, the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside. overall i had a pleasant stay.

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at this hotel, service was extremely bad and food was awful, was served with stale food rather. Never going to think about this hotel again.

We were visiting Bangalore after a few years and on each visit try to stay in different hotels. This time it was Radisson Blu and for a 3 night long stay. Enough time to evaluate a hotel, its strengths and weaknesses. Without a doubt the strengths far outweigh any shortcomings here. To begin with it's run like clock work and so what you look for is always there. Ample spaces both inside and outside and one gets a sense of openess inspite of being in a fast paced busy city. Mention should be made about the open seating area by the pool and very spacious restaurant. I haven't been able to experience such a lovely atmosphere anywhere else in Bangalore. Rest of the usuals were top class and as it goes few observations for improvement are a must to sum it up. One would be the linen and towels and the other I felt the staff are working a bit too hard , may be they aren't getting enough breaks. Overall Radisson Blu is a wonderful choice in Bangalore both in terms of reasonable rates and singular appeal.

Extremely well orchestrated function and the most amazingly co-ordinated event. Kudos to the Atria Radisson Blu Team. Extremely delighted and a life-long loyalist. Support came even before of was asked. The lunch table had a huge spread and every dish was highly appreciated by the team. They definitely have a wonderful kitchen.

Comfortable Accommodations: "Breakfast were exceptionally comfortable." "Hall were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities." Appam with vegetable stew was Tastes great! Eating delicious. And the Iddiyapam and Channa curry was too much tasty for me. Expectily I am very tanking for Banquet staff Steve Anderson, Ravi. They are very very helpful person for all our BNI meetings. And then I am very grateful thanks to Captain Mr.Sunny.

Very friendly treatment, especially the chefs Mr Prem and Mr ***oj Singh are very co operative for my special diet because I am on some restricted diet. I really felt like my home, Mr Rupesh, Mr Sagar, Ms Deepsikha and Susmitha are so friendly in the front desk of the Hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly especially steve Anderson,nadirsha,Sameer,Ravi,ujwal,sreehari,Ajay, ***ager vigas, Captain sunny,these guys are very polite & helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.💐💐💐

Presence of smile at everywhere We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread with varieties. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The main thing we noticed was that the staff were having warm smiles at all times serving with a smile, approaching with a smile, speed of service in buffet refilling with smile. We really really want to appreciate Saranya the one who is always on the floor with a beautiful smile also Ujjal, Sameer for their great service and very pleasant atmosphere, the way they approach us and making guest satisfaction.
