Amazing hotel staff were fantastic highly recommend

Great stay! Very comfortable rooms and liked the large pool. Would like to give Ali Sayed a big thank you with helping me to pay a taxi when I didn’t have any rupees. Ali gave me the money from his own pocket when paying on a card was just not an option.

We weren’t looking for a hotel meal this evening however the friendly staff at reception recommended the newly opened lobby restaurant Zerf. Fantastic service by Samsheer, matched by fantastic food. For a high end setting and hotel, prices were very good and ***y complimentary courses were offered. Thank you Zerf for a memorable meal

On a business trip, traveling solo, the staff here made my stay so special. They were courteous, warm and went out of their way to delight. Remembering just how I like coffee, to offering chamomile tea at the end of a long working day, to presenting a farewell cake - the service I experienced was a masterclass in how customer experience should be defined. Loved my stay and highly recommend it.

Ganesh was great! Room service and presentation was tremendous. The room was wonderful and inviting. I appreciate the staff at the hotel. The spa is also very nice after a long trip. The food is delicious from in room dining and the morning buffet.

I loved this hotel and the staff. I felt so welcomed and safe. They checked on my when I was sick and made sure I had everything that I need to feel better. Everyone was friendly and Suhana made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed, she let us know that there was a meeting room so that we could take all conference calls. We visited the lounge and they made sure they took care of us even when I wasn't feeling well. Thank you everyone!!

Always love visiting here. Especially the food from Feast and InAzia. Loved the junior suite room, spacious and comfy. The lounge was good and pleasant. Couldn't use the pool as it wasn't a heated one. The staff was courteous and polite, few names to mention are Laxmish, Udayan Dey from the lounge got my son a teddy and my son was elated.

Arindam was amazing and so polite and considerate making sure my room service breakfast dining was perfect! He even brought me a juice so I could enjoy the freshly squeezed local fruit flavour. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely.

Stayed there for 2 weeks during a business trip, have absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was outstanding, local as well as continental food, fresh cooked egg dishes, pan cakes, waffles, french toast, fresh fruits, very good bread, missed absolutely nothing in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean with silent air-conditioning. Gym is very well-equipped. Entire staff is extremely customer oriented and friendly, great service everywhere.
