I didn’t see food service in room I have order food but when i open I’m shocked because all food cool and roti is so hard I didn’t see in my life roti like this Please try to serve hot food

Stay was superb Awesome hospitality I like to stay come next time Food was good and tea snack was very good Everyone here have a smiling people Reception was good Got late check-out still no problem Place also has good connectivity to metro stations

Excellent service plus food tasty Sagar is well ***ner and very friendly with the guest he is a kitchen 👨‍🍳 and very well versed with the job. Due to his hard work and polite behavior and understanding of the job I wish that hotel will consider him to elevat to the next higher level. This type of employee is an asset for the organization I wish him all the best

Stayed for 5 nights in Holiday Inn, Yaswantpur. Overall had a good experience but they need to improve their room service for long staying guests. In last few days found room service poor. But they attended immediately when I informed in reception. The food is as always awesome. Staffs are sober and down to earth. Couple of waiters and kitchen staffs were exceptionally good.

Service by Arvind at express cafe was very caring and polite. Really enjoyed. Room service is also nice and fast. Rest all the team are caring and polite. One of a good budget and good for Business class people. Good amenities but slightly on a higher price.

I order my meal from the Cafe, it's a combo meal ( chicken chettinad), the preparation was very nice and the care taken by Mr arvind and Mr ***n was well ***nered and disciplined.....I tried my stay for a trial but now I can recommend to others as well.

Archana Gubber was very helpful with a smile providing me with a clean room. I have had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet can add a few Bengaluru dishes like Disa and upma. Very pleasant front desk staff. Good location for the work I came for

Staying at Holiday Inn Express was very pleasant & with Mr Sagar very professional, courteous & excellent service made our day .good choice of breakfast. Had a nice outdoor seating area so we could sit and enjoy the weather .choice of food also great with Indian north and south.
