The hospitality was amazing. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, rooms were luxurious. Food was delicious. Staff packed lunch for us for our onward journey which was greatly appreciated. The service and amenities at the Four Seasons was second to none. We will be back.

Great hospitality, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather. Having a Parlux hairdryer was a bonus. Plenty of bottled water supplied. Food and beverages were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Its a great hotel. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The views from the higher rooms are panoramic. The food and drinks at Far & East abd Copitas are excellent. The staff is super responsive and weveere very well looked after through out our entire stay!

Hotel wise it's fantastic. But complete disappointment with the staff at Copitas. The Italian ***ager was a complete disappointment. No smile, no proper welcoming attitude. The previous staff was excellent. Wish they get the previous team back. Overall the entire team was also bad . To add to that the a.c was not working n nobody bothered to take our order for quite sometime, so we left. My advise to u guys since I hv been a frequent visitor to ur place, plz hv ppl who will welcome ppl with a smile n attend to them on time and make their experience better. N also plz ask the Italian ***ager of Copitas that this is india not Italy. Indian hotels are known for their hospitality.

Wonderful hotel with caring staff, and excellent service. The pool area is just perfect to relax at during a business trip. The rooftop bar has amazing views, including seeing the moonrise. Of particular great service I'd mention Ajay who ***aged the pool bar, and Prateek at the front desk. If your visiting Bangaluru for business, this is a safe bet to enjoy a quiet and well run hotel experience.
