I recently stayed at Hotel Lilac, 3rd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore, and my experience was truly excellent. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the receptionist Marshal,deeksith,aman who was very helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained — everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. The location in Jayanagar is peaceful and convenient, close to shops and restaurants, yet calm and relaxing inside the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a nice variety of options....

This is my second visit to lilac almost one month over i really enjoyed my stay. The food is awesome. The rooms are neat and clean. Speacial mention to Marshal, selin, prasad, binoth and each and everyone for making my stay memoriable

Faultless service and spotless room. Upgraded to a suit room on arrival. Marshal the Front Desk Manager was very helpful giving me clear directions for the metro (just round the corner) and suggestions of places to visit. Excellent. Breakfast was delicious . The hotel team was very accommodating and polite I would recommend to stay here.

Truly a hidden gem and a wonderful small property. very professional staff, nice ambience, extremely well maintained, tasty breakfast. Marshal at front desk made us feel welcome and was quick to respond to any support requests. absolutely love this place. its my 2nd visit. thank you to Lilac and all its management and staff

Location worked very well for us as it was stone throw away from the conversation hall. The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant and the staff friendly and supportive rooms are well appointed, clean and well maintained and room service I must say was prompt excellent service.

It is an official trip arranged by my company for 27 days had a comfortable stay here. Its very peaceful to work from the property the wifi connectivity is very good. silent & clean rooms. Great hotel to stay. We visited banglore to attend an wedding. The wedding hall was just 100 meter away from the hotel. The room are spacious and clean. Their buffet breakfast was really good and lots of variety in Indian foods. The staffs were extremely courteous and friendly.value for money. Budget hotel.

This is the first visit to lilac had a great experience. A warm welcome in front desk neat and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious and it easily access to , metro, hospital, and for shopping. The staffs always welcomes with the smile. Sure we will come again..... Bye

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast. Food was really good. It was easy access to metro, hospital and market. A special thanks to Mr. Marshal , Manoj, Bharma ,Libin, Dikishit, pradeep.
