The hotel is really nice and the staffs are well behaved and friendly. They were very quick with the check in formalities and I was given the room on a top floor. The view is good and the rooms are also very comfortable and bed quality is really nice. Since the location of this hotel is near Ulsoor Lake, hence reaching anywhere in the city is possible from here and also public transport is also easily available. This place also has direct AC bus service to and from the airport and thus making this place very accessible. Overall a great experience and I did enjoy my stay here.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location accessible to ***y shops, supermarkets, laundry facilities etc The gym and pool are adequate and the trainer Mr Srinivasan is very professional, courteous and helpful. Also immensely knowledgeable with Aqua exercises which are injury free. Restaurant staff from Rimjhim, Srijana, Deep Nand, Shilpa, Vijesh, Deepak and the others are courteous and professional (except one male supervisor/***ager who tries to be helpful but is a bit stiff/sticky about rules and less flexible then the others)

The property is very well located. At arrival the check in procedures were very smooth. I would like to thank Deputy Front office ***ager Mr. Abhishek for his efficiency and hospitality in solving few room issue I had. Also I would like to thank the restaurant ***ager Mr. Prakash and his team for excellent services during meals at restaurant.

Good choice of hard and soft pillow Sports facilities are available and good The instructor is very helpful Need to restrict guests from smoking in the pool area. Breakfast and other meals are adequate but should look into changing variety on a day to day basis so that it's not monotonous. The room cleaner miss kajal is very diligent and kept the rooms clean and tidy

Hotel view is beautiful…. Housekeeping service is very good and on the time….Mr..Arif very kind and giving nice service…. Would like to visit again with family…. Recommended for business and family visit…. The good hotel lemon tree… thank you

SRINIVASAN is a really good instructor. My gym experience was really great thanks to his professionalism and skill sets. He is very cheerful and curated a training program best suited for me. The overall experience of the amenities was really good.

I stayed here for 5 days! They're very hospitable and caring! Cooperative as well. Arif was extremely prompt and did a good job with the hospitality I requested. Vandana was equally good too. I still feel the in room dining service could get better and their menu could be a little more elaborate.

Nice Hotel in Heart of the city easily accessible to Commercial Street, MG Road, and other popular places in Bangalore. The Staff are great and polite and helpful. Also, The Room Service is excellent especially Miss Kajal and Mr. abishek who provide the best service and friendly.
