Amazing stay . Excellent food . Staff is proactive and helpful at all point of times. Swimming pool was not clean in the morning it had insects but else everything was pretty good. Dosa I was super amazing in the breakfast. The laundry staff was also very kind

Amazing service by all the staff. Very considerate and helpful. The gym was also nice and clean as well as the room. Special mention for Ms. Parvati and Mr. Santu from F&B. Very proactive and quick with their service. Would love to visit the hotel again.

The staff was greatly accomodating and always attentive. Had a great stay with the only issue being having to ask for toilet paper regularly. Although, just one phone call with the receptionist and there was a knock on the door almost immediately after. The bedding was not always spotless during my two week stay, but poses more of an aesthetic than a hygienic issue, I'm sure. The pool was of great relief, the gym, although we have had to have the AC going for a minute before starting our workout, suitable to our needs and the breakfast both varied, offering both authentic indian (I assume) as well as regular continental breakfast items including scrambled eggs or french toast on order.

It was a nice place to stay, the personal was friendly and helpful all the time. When we had a medical problem or couldn't communicate with the transporters(cabs, auto, busses), they instandly translated for us. Especially sathish bell boy! I can recommend this hotel.

I was very positively amazed about the hospitality and adaptability of the staff to our needs and individual requests! I personally recommend Depika and Prithvi for their swift responsiveness to our several issues occurring in our stay. Very great experience!

The service provided was really nice. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and kind people. They really helped make our stay cosy and comfortable. Excellent stay at the Hotel. We stayed here for 10 days. Staff is really helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained Property. Food was nice as well with a good spread of food with Indian as well as Oriental options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would recommend for families as well.
