I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful, serene and luxury stay. This is my second time at the property. We live in Bangalore and it feels like a home away from home. I went with my parents this time, and we had an excellent time with exceptional service. The staff is very polite, courteous and did their best to ensure that we were well looked after. We had all our meals at the restaurant and the quality of food was excellent. I particularly would like to call out Padmakhi, Suraj and Popy at the restaurant. They greeted us all the times with a big smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great service. Location is amazing with next to gold course and huge open spaces within the property, and overlooking Nandi Hills. Already booked m next stay here and cannot wait to be back again.

We had a great time at JW Marriott! The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including golf, team-building events, sports, and even a magic show. Highly recommend for a family-friendly stay with top-notch service. Looking forward to visiting again!

Just excellent! Took a one day trip from Bangalore to JW Mariott. The drive is great and convenient, just 1.5 hours away. The property was beautiful, lush green and very well maintained. Check in was super smooth, Shivangi at the front desk made sure all our formalities were done fast. She also upgraded us to a more premium room. Rooms were comfortable. Pool could have been a bot better, but was still good. Walking around the property was super relaxing. Peaceful and quiet. The staff is great. Their food is just amazing. We had all three of their buffets - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was super tasty. Kashish, Aryan, Poppy, Padamkhee in the restaurant made sure our meals were seamless. They were there for anything we needed. Overall, would recommend this property greatly. and would come again.

This hotel meets the needs of any bespoke traveller looking for rest and relaxation, perfect amenities, and incredible food. From our dining experience and doting, caring service in the Aviary by Suraj, to the executive lounge experience with Ebenezer, to the meeting of our personal needs by Gayatri G, we were able to experience some of the best hospitality that India can offer. And that’s high level, as India shines in this regard. Our kids felt this was a special place. We did as well; it met our Marriott status level expectations. Our family would love to return.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa for making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We began our visit with the renowned Sunday Brunch, which was a delightful start before checking into our rooms. Although we faced a few initial challenges, the staff's response was swift and impressive. Special thanks to Gayathri, Shasha, Chef Shardul, and Chef Neeraj for their openness to feedback and their prompt actions, which were evident in the improved breakfast experience the following day. Errors can happen anywhere, but it's reassuring to know there are attentive people ready to address them. Gayathri and Shasha were always just a call away, ready to help. Padmakhi and Prachi kicked off our day with a fantastic breakfast, featuring delicious food, a variety of options, and warm hospitality with genuine smiles. Prathap provided excellent service at the tables, managing to be both swift and calm under pressure—truly exemplary performance. Overall, a big thank you to the entire team, including those who worked behind the scenes. Your efforts contributed to a wonderful stay.

All employees were very cheerful and helpful specially Mehuli and Akashdeep from Front office, and Priya from Aaleshan restaurant. Rooms were excellent and views from the rooms were also good. Keep up the good work team of JW Marriot Golf Shire.

Wonderful scenic property with lots of recreational activities during the evening (archery, mini golf, badminton, painting etc). Our room was upgraded to suite (platinum status) without any asking at the front desk. Thanks to the hotel 😊. Both the bedroom and the drawing room had a separate balcony to enjoy the outside view. Hospitality was top notch. Almost all the 300 rooms were full. About the breakfast, it was ok (not great) when compared to other JW Marriott hotels. Evening lounge service was great with lots of middle east options. Enjoyed a lot 👌 Got up at morning 5:30am and had a nice morning walk of the property. Had a wonderful time and will surely visit again. Highly recommend this property for a quick rejuvenation with family 😁

Stayed for two nights for a weekend getaway. The property is beautiful, my room has a view of the Nandi hills in the background and the lawns, walking trails and pond in the property. The room was well furnished with two queen beds, the bath tub was excellent and water pressure & temp in showers was very good. There were sufficient towels, water bottles, supplies etc. A nice sitout in the balcony was very much appreciated. The house keeping staff was excellent- attending to the room twice during the day including the turndown service. The resort arranged a few different activities to keep the kids and adults engaged. There is a small game centre and even a kids play area. There are two pools, one of which is temperature controlled. The pools were maintained very well. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good variety catering to all tastes. There are three restaurants on the property- a bit expensive, but food quality and taste was good. The staff and service is the highlight- pre checkin, Ms Gayathri at checkin and regular follow-ups, hospitality from Ms Popy, Ms Bipana, Ms Sudipa at the Aviary, the attentive staff at Aaleeshan, the ever helping pool staff and several small gestures- they all made the stay very good.

Wonderful property with lawn, trees, pool and walkway. I stayed here for business and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury. Breakfast was tasty and the spread was excellent. The rooms are spacious and was comfortable. This hotel ticks all the expectations and is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.
