ヴィレッタ ファジアナ(Villetta Phasiana)

This is a beautiful, cosy hotel, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, great breakfast and fantastic staff who were very attentive. The hotel is in two separate buildings, the Reception, breakfast room/bar and some accommodation in one building, and more accommodation in another. We paid a little extra to have a sea view. The location is splendid, on the main square where the church is. It is worthy of note that the loud bell stops at 8pm and starts at 8am, so your sleep is nice and quiet! The room had a bathroom with toilet, shower wash hand basin and hairdryer, plus an extra toilet with wash hand basin in a separate room. There was a wardrobe with fridge and safe. A large sofa, a writing table and a large bed. We asked for two extra pillows, which we got. We could also have asked for tea making facilities in our room, which we didn't find out about until the end of our holiday. It didn't matter so much, but if we had known we probably would have asked for them at the beginning of the holiday. There was a television in the room, but we didn't want to watch it as Fazana is so beautiful we wanted to be out and about, however, we did try to watch it once and it didn't work. We failed to report that as it was unimportant to us. There was also a phone in the room and free WiFi. The breakfasts were delicious! A comprehensive buffet and eggs to order - recommend the fried eggs! Plus a fantastic pot of tea! The hotel has a golf buggy which they use to take guests and luggage to and from the main road, as the small paths and streets are closed to traffic, except service vehicles. We loved this hotel and Fazana so much we intend to return next year. So peaceful (out of season).

This was our first visit to Fazana and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel was really lovely - full of charm, perfect location next to the clock tower in the centre. We loved hearing the chimes which started at 8.00 am and finished at 10pm. There was a wedding taking place when we arrived which was so joyful to watch. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive - lovely breakfast that we enjoyed each day sat on the patio outside whilst watching the world go by. There are no ground floor rooms but everything else would be very easy for anyone with more limited mobility as it is all very close and flat. Bike hire looked fun for a future visit. Fazana itself is charming with a good choice of places to eat even though some had already closed for the season. We swam in the sea - you can easily buy beach shoes there as it is pebbly. We also enjoyed strolls along the waterfront in both directions. Would definitely recommend the day on Brijuni. Thank you all at Villetta Phasiana

What a little gem ! Such a cute boutique hotel in a wonderful place.... room was lovely, breakfast always fresh and great coffee! Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, would highly recommend to anyone. We were there for a week and saw so much in the area, hire bikes for a bargain €12 far a day ! Boat trips galore and Wall to wall sunshine 🌞

Fabulous location in the old town square with beautiful sea views from the terrace. Excellent staff, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast. Altogether a fantastic small hotel, couldn't fault it, would recommend to anyone - we stayed 9 days and would happinly have stayed longer.

Very outdated rooms, and there was an extremely loud concert directly under the building until 11pm so was difficult to get proper rest. Rusty hairdryer and bathroom appliances, desk chair had stains. The "bed" was two small beds put together so was not comfortable to sleep. Not sure why this place has good reviews but maybe it was just my room...in addition the manager knocked on my door at 9:30 pm demanding 100 euros for the driver they arranged to take me to the hospital when I had an ear infection. We had never agreed on that price and the managers behavior made me uncomfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at the most delightful and enchanting hotel in Fazana, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. This gem in the heart of the city truly gives you the experience of how life would have been pre mass-tourism. From the moment we checked in (wich worked smoothly eventhough we checked-in late in the evening and the reception was closed), I was captivated by the hotel's unique ambiance. The interior design exudes the perfect rustic charm, creating an inviting and warm a**osphere that embraces guests with open arms. The attention to detail in the decor, with tasteful nods to local culture and heritage, added an authentic touch to my stay. The staff at this hotel are unparalleled in their hospitality. Each member of the team greets you with warmth and ensure that my every need was met. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel related and at home, and I truly appreciated their personal approach. Our room (Superior) was small for a family of 4, but with comfort and tranquility and two bathrooms. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Being 1m91cm tall, the bed is almost too small for me (the quality of hotel beds are always a cliffhanger), but it works. The room had a great peek overlooking the main square and ocean, and in the afternoon the walls displays the suns playfull reflection in the ocean. We had the option of having windows

Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. No elevator of course which is normal for older historic buildings. Parking is in the city parking lots and you must then walk to hotel as the hotel is inside the pedestrian only area.

Excellent location. Few steps away from the dock and boats that go to National Park Brijuni, Rovinj and some beautiful beaches.

Quite charming little place in the center of Fažana. Extremely welcoming nd courteous staff.. Room was clean and nicely furnished including all the bathroom amenities. Definitely recommended especially if you enjoy historical buildings.
