Reasonably priced, short walk away from centre of a lovely town. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good family room for an overnight stay. Clean pool and surrounding area. Large, secure parking at back of hotel away from the street. Happy hour at the bar!

Great large room wonderful staff beautiful yards and great pool area. Large clean private parking lot and 3 minutes away from so many cute cafes and restaurants and boutiques. Great hotel and we will be back in September

Well run, central hotel and comfortable rooms with all you could need. secure parking and a small pool for hot days. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast. Self service buffet but poor choice of food, poor bread and plastic portions of butter and jam with only a machine to give indifferent drinks. boiled eggs were fine and breakfast staff helpful as they were able. Stay in the hotel but go out for breakfast until they improve it! Walking distance easy to station, abbey, old town and various nice restaurants.

A small and very pleasant hotel. Clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were very friendly and polite (there simply was not enough staff). Because of the lack of staff, things were slow. Bedroom was extremely clean and had everything you might need. The view from the window was lovely (hills and extinct volcanoes in the distance). Friendly, relaxing with a good atmosphere. One big let-down was the food. Dinners were tiny portions, and in my opinion not particularly good quality. Took forever to be served. My tip... stay at the hotel as you'll like it but eat out.

Good value for money. The staff was very kind. The bedroom was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful. Location is close to the center of Issoire. There is a very nice swiming pool that we used with great pleasure.

We had planned a motorbike trip of the Auverne and needed a base in Issoire. This hotel had come recommended through a magazine. We were not disappointed. The hotel is well situated and the Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke both good English and were tolerant at out attempts of French! The bedrooms were of a good size and clean. The bar serves good cold beer. There is also a Restaurant on site called Le Jardin, the menus have no English and the Staff do not speak English. This is not a criticism. There is plenty of secure parking. The Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Issoire where there are plenty of shops and eateries. I would happily use this hotel again.

Easy to get to, easy to park, pleasant staff, colorful and pleasant atmosphere. We visited in December but it looks like it would be a fun place in the summer. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in a very nice town. Big room with a big comfortable bed. Easy walking to distance to the lovely town which has many bars and restaurants. They did have a very strange system at breakfast, because of covid, that for me didn’t really work and was unnecessary. No other hotel I’ve stayed at has your breakfast bagged up for you. The guy handled all our breakfast into a bag and gave it to us….why? Just dish it out to people normally like every other hotel does. Anyway, that was a minor point that didn’t spoil our stay, just thought it was odd.
