グリーンライフバンスコ(Green Life Bansko)

It is a great place to stay while skiing in Bansko; it is clean and has friendly staff, but the rooms are outdated. In the evening, there is a fireplace burning in the lobby, the restaurant is open till late, and in the morning, there is a great breakfast with local and international delicacies.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel, we had a very nice holiday. I liked the spa area very much, it seemed to be well set up. I took the accommodation only with breakfast and it was ok, I had dinner a few times at the restaurant and I was satisfied with both the service and the food which was very good, much better and with decent prices compared to the restaurants in the resort. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed. The value for money is very good. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at green life resort in February 2023, we found the staff very unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. Very rude/ got no response to when we asked questions so not helpful in the slightest. The language barrier was also very challenging and frustrating a lot of the time! The rooms have no aircon/ heat controls, on our first night we barely slept to how uncomfortable the room temperate was we had to keep the windows open all week to allow the cold air to get into the room. Would not return again after our experience here.

Awful place to stay, staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Felt so unwelcomed from the minute we stepped through the door. Will not return. No communication from staff on things like check out time, spa access, breakfast etc. Reception staff refused to replenish things like toilet roll in the room saying we need to purchase our own late at night, they also charge 30 euros to get fresh towels. ski rental shop staff were however extremely helpful.

From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel the staff were nothing but rude. We arrived just before midnight and they preceded to tell us that we didn’t have any reservation, but couldn’t tell us what we needed to confirm our reservation. The language barrier is absolutely ridiculous. Trying to CHARGE us for TOILET ROLL, is absolutely appalling. Been given dirty looks and a stinking attitude throughout our whole holiday. Tried to complain to a member of staff but he just stood infront of us and smirked the whole time. I can assure you I will not be returning to Green Life Bansko, it was horrendous.

Poor breakfast. Good room facilities exept the small shower. The outside facilities were closed with no prior indication.

They stole our car from the parking lot of the hotel. In the reception they are not helpful at all , they didnt even refund our room , the manager showed up after 3 hours. They dont take responsibility ..big disappointment.
