I tried calling the property at least 8 times to get my room number, but no one answered the phone. The only way to reach them was through messages.
The water park shown in the photos is not included with the stay—you have to pay an additional entrance fee, which was not clearly stated.
The room also did not have a refrigerator, and the air conditioner was not cold enough, making the room quite uncomfortable.
And I found a cockroach leg in the room.....

place was run down and the resort was not well maintained . but it was worth the price rm 110 a night .

The room is very old, the wall is broken and it has a very heavy smell when we enter the room.
There is also some dusts on the bed.
The facilities also very suck,
- Jacuzzi no hot water even though we already turned to the hottest temperature
- The tv is not functioning well
- The room has NO WIFI :))
- The table at the balcony also spoilt
