The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through *******. The hotel manager said that they couldn’t adjust the price and I never receive the bill or receipt but I was charged automatically instead of charging my credit card in front of me at check out.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Do not book this hotel. They will literally insult you for asking for the simplest and most basic hotel amenities. I will admit the location is marvelous. However, we booked a room for 2 with plenty of time and when we got here it was clear that they did not check that our room was ready for us to use (we checked in at 7pm). Throughout our stay we never had a functioning mini fridge, they never gave us more than 2 hand towels let alone full body towels or a shower mat, and when we told them our safe was not working they gave us another safe that took up significant space in the small closet we had and they did not even take away the broken one. The hotel manager does not know what different towel sizes are, and never acknowledged how not having body towels can be an issue. The rudeness we received deserves negative stars if that was possible.

Nice room at the attic, quite warm even when temperatures outside were freezing. Free wifi, strong enough for browsing internet and emails. Really clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were superb, both in quality and quantity. Staff were really helpful in everything. The hotel is quite conveniently located 200 m away from the access to the ski resort, and there is even a van making a round trip all day. A perfect hotel if you are looking for rest after skiing at Baqueira.

Great friendly service, and walking distance to the slopes. Only wish there were more restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms need a little refresh as well

The friendly and helpful reception was an excellent start. Also had the pleasure of A very comfortable spacious room Bathroom with bath for a good soak after ski A good breakfast to fuel the start of the day

Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel à 150 m du télésiège Esquiros et des locations de ski. Une navette est mise à disposition pour faire le trajet. Possible également d'emprunter un chemin très bien aménagé. L'accueil et le service sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la carte du dîner est très fournie. Piscine un peu petite mais très agréable après une journée de ski.

Nos alojamos un fin de semana con nevadas a la vista. Rampa del parking no la limpian por lo que si tu coche solo lleva neumáticos de nieve (M+S y 3PMS) y tracción delantera estás jodidillo. Al pedir ayuda al hotel, la contestación es que afuera tienes la pala y la sal. Y así los dos días…eso sí para increparte que xq has utilizado un saco de 25kg de sal para sacar un coche y no ayudar ahi tampoco te ponen problemas. Un desastre Habitaciones mal aisladas, oías perfectamente el aire pasar, cama normal. Se salva el restaurante y camaremos. Bar cerrado al mediodía. En resumen 3 estrellas sería su cualifiación real

La ubicación a pie de pista y el transfer directo al remonte funciona bien. El olor de los cuartos de baño y el estado de las tapicerías y mobiliario de la habitación inaceptables

J'ai séjourné dans cette hôtel en janvier étant descendu avec des amis skier à Baqueira. L'hôtel est placé près des remontées avec un service d'accompagnement toutes les 10 minutes. Il est cependant isolé du village. L'hôtel offre une restauration très limitée et en raison du Covid, ne permet pas de réservation de table en proportion à l'occupation, ne permettant pas non plus d'emporter les plats dans le salon (sauf Pizza et table de fromage). Ayant des enfants en bas âge nous avons trouvé très difficile de ne pouvoir nous alimenter sur place, et le maître d'hôtel n'a pas cherché à nous donner des solutions. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est accueillant et chaleureux.
