ホテル イル ガッビアーノ

This is a wedding party hotel. So if you are there for Fri or Sat forget about sleeping. Noise from wedding venue goes right through the hotel and there is no late limit to when they blast the music - which is typically trashy italian music. Location is ok, views are great, breakfast is good. But insulation is crap so you hear everything, including the room next to you toilet! Water pressure is also a joke… But mainly is the weddings noise that really makes this an unpleasant hotel.

For business purposes I spent nearly two weeks in Hotel Il Gabbiano. Location is somehow isolated on top of a hill. Going downtown to restaurants and shopping along narrow roads, rarely illuminated with no pedestrian walk is dangerous. Hotel shuttle to local train station provided from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, but not in the evening for dinner when Italian restaurants usually not open before 7:30 PM. I was aware that this hotel provides room for all kinds of celebrations: weddings, graduations, birthdays, but consequence were significant: loud music at least every other day made it nearly impossible to get to sleep before midnight. Rooms are okay, bathrooms might need a renovation in the short term and new hair dryers. Internet satisfying. Minibar and water boiler with tea selection in the room. Room cleaning could be better. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Basic continental breakfast - in general okay but: No changes throughout the stay. Seems to be a good location for celebrations, but would chose a different accommodation for holidays.

Ottima struttura, camere executive al top, pulite , confortevoli, rinite . Personale gentile , colazione ricca, vista mozzafiato . Si mangia benissimo al ristorante ma alla Dimora location fantastica . Martina gestisce benissimo e con professionalità e grazie anche a Lisa per la cordialità e accoglienza. L hotel offre moltissimo , giardini curati ...insomma a presto . Irene e bruno

Che dire del gabbiano? Mi sono affidata a questo hotel per ospitare le persone del mio matrimonio il 22 giugno , siccome molte persone venivano da fuori e non potevo fare scelta migliore. Professionali , precisi , IMPECCABILI. Io un servizio e una cura del cliente così non l'ho mai vista. Sono delle persone incredibili. A parte le stanze che sono meravigliose , la vista lato lago incredibile. Dovevamo stare una notte alla fine ne abbiamo fatte 4 tanto è stato bello e non volevamo andare via. Colazione top , ristorante altissimo livello. Non essendo nemmeno io di zona mi hanno consigliato anche molti fornitori, hanno organizzato i trasporti per i miei ospiti , hanno sistemato tutto in maniera impeccabile le parole a loro favore si sprecano. Una menzione particolare va alla alla Sig. Alessia che con la sua precisione e professionalità ha reso tutto perfetto. Una persona incredibile. Io spero vivamente di tornare perché sono stati giorni bellissimi.

Hotel meraviglioso. Si respira un'aria di total relax. Abbiamo scelto la camera Executive Suite with Bathtub, e si è rivelata un'ottima scelta, camera pulita e accogliente. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato al loro ristorante e anche questa è stata una splendida scelta, piatti gustosi e ben serviti. Consiglio vivamente

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Reception cordiale e professionale. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Colazione mediterranea abbondante con vista mozzafiato. La camera pulita e fornita di tutte le necessità. La doccia spaziosa e pulita. Arredamento abbastanza moderno e curato. Torneremo presto!
