Cosy hotel with good beds in clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet and diner restaurant: fresh fish, sardinese specials, pizza. Very nice staff.

We did not stay at the resort but did stop for a group lunch that was delicious. The wait staff were amazing and friendly. The view from atop the building is gorgeous, as it overlooks the beach across the street.

Went with my wife, daughter and her family 26-31st July 2022. It was a great experience of an old fashioned resort. What a lovely experience of a family run hotel. Stayed in a rooftop Mansarda room with private balcony, table chairs and loungers plus clothes line! Lots of lovely touches. They are quite eco friendly so buy some water holders and there’s free water all day. It’s right by the very pretty beach. They sort out chairs for the beach for you at a very reasonable rate. The restaurant was excellent. We went to another restaurant one day and nowhere near as good. Very friendly and helpful genuine people. Yes it’s a bit of a shlup from the airport but well worth it. Will definitely recommend to all and hopefully return one day. Just moved to another hotel closer to Olbia and the difference is noticeable!!!!

We are coming to the end of our stay here which has been wonderful. First time on Sardinia and this hotel did not disappoint. It is really charming and gives a feeling of traditional Italian holidays. Rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast lovely like all the food here. Fantastic quality. Beach is stunning, water crystal clear. Feels like we have discovered a hidden gem!!

This was our third stay since 2015, and now feels like home. We love the staff, the pretty rooms, the restaurant and location right across from the beach at Torre di Bari. Everyone is so welcoming, and it’s a perfect place to base yourself to discover Ogliastra, the Golfo di Orosei, enjoy the hiking, beaches, towns and wineries of the area. We can’t wait to come back!

As others have said, this family owned hotel is covered in lush foliage and beautiful flowers. The scent is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and from our first floor studio the sea view is lovely. The pool area is bigger than it looks in the pictures and ideal for an afternoon relaxing. At night the fairy lights make the restaurant twinkle and the food is superb. What really makes Domus de Janus special is the staff. They are warm and welcoming, professional and friendly. They work tirelessly from early till late. Thank you all for such a great stay. We would highly recommend.
