Have stayed here before. Staff is always very friendly and rooms are always extremely clean.

Gebrauchtes/benutztes Hotel, leichter Geruch im Flur und im Zimmer, nichts besonderes. Gut geeignet für eine kurze und preiswerte Übernachtung.

It smelled like musty in the building and in the room. Cob webs on light fixtures. Had problems with room key.

The staff tried, but this place needs a root and branch rethink. Booking in was a nightmare, the receptionist was on her third day, her helper did not arrive, the computer linked to ******* kept saying we'd booked two rooms, when we finally got in, the toilet didn't work at all. Not minor fault. She switched us to a different room - but it hadn't been cleaned, smelled, the carpet was sodden with water. So then back to the first room. The receptionist heroically came up with a wrench and go the toilet working.

Entire building was filthy and dated. No deadbolt in the room. Popcorn coating was peeling from the ceiling in the hallways and common areas. Bathtub barely drained, weird greasy feeling on the fake wood surfaces, and the unplugged fridge in the room was filled with rotting food from the previous owner. Front desk clerk had trouble understanding the issue; nothing ended up getting fixed. Dubois and Clarion are roughly 20 minutes on I-80 in either direction; grab a room there and avoid this place.

Very nice staff here and a great price. They have been working hard to upgrade this property over the many years I have been staying here. The hallway carpeting is getting a little funky, but the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location to I-80 and lots of services nearby. Brookville is a delightful town.

We really like staying here. We always ask for a first floor room since they don't have an elevator. The room need a littke attention. The sliding door to outside was really hard to open, the shower walks need a good cleaning. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was coffee in the room and good vending machines down the hall. The staff were very nice, too. Outside the room, the facilities were in need of a little work, but I didn’t mind that at all for a quick stay. I would stay here again.

It’s just quite old. The plumbing was a bit challenging to use. Nice and friendly staff. Clean enough. Comfortable enough.
