"2024年3月に滞在し、その時は良い経験をしましたが、先週末の5月11日24日のこの訪問は非常に残念でした。部屋はベッドの下を這う昆虫で汚れていたことがわかりました。部屋を変えるように頼みましたが、同じ問題を見つけました。夜の受付係に指し示し、彼は幸運にも真夜中にきれいな3番目の部屋を思いつきました。今は非常に疲れています。私たちはよく眠り、チェックアウト時にレセプションに話しかけました。部屋がとても汚れている場合は、5月13日にホテルのマネージャーに手紙を書いた写真を見てくださいが、まだ返信を受け取りました"

"What a little gem this B & B is. We were attending a wedding at a nearby hotel and booked into Lyndene. Paul introduced himself on our arrival and showed us to our top floor room. It was stunning. Everything we needed, including a mirror in the wardrobe, so I had the option of where to do my hair and makeup. Tea and coffee was readily available, with fresh milk in a little fridge on the lower floor. The beds were very comfortable and our breakfast was perfect ( no cheap sausage) I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Penistone. Thank you Paul and Sophie."

"Something of a mixed bag in our experience of this Premier Inn. What they did well: Clean, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Ample car parking. Staff kindly let us work in the breakfast room after checkout time. Staff were friendly and helpful and did apologise for the restaurant closure and did suggest alternative restaurants to drive to. What they did not do well: Accepted my evening meal deal booking less than a couple of weeks before my stay. Whitbread had already sold the restaurant, and it was closed on the evening of my stay. Did get a refund but severely inconvenienced my stay, especially as this Premier Inn is in the middle of nowhere with no other restaurants nearby. After a 4 hour drive to reach the hotel I was left with nowhere to get a proper evening meal. At breakfast most of the hot food items had run out. The chef was clearly not monitoring what was running low and cooking more to replenish the buffet. Would I stay there again? No, not now I know there is a Mercure just around the corner."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. We have stayed in lots of Premier Inn hotels up and down the country. The staff at this hotel are amazing Katie is like a breath of fresh air. The staff in the breakfast room work so hard they are on their own 😱 we could not fault the staff at all. We will possibly stay again at this hotel however we will definitely upgrade to a PI plus room. Our room was way past it's sell by date and for many people the would have complained, it definitely was not the best and needed some repairs and updating ASAP. We soon forgot about it once we were out and about during the day and because of the wonderful staff we soon forgot about it. Well done staff and hopefully the older rooms will receive some much needed TLC"
