A reasonably priced hotel with many closely located restaurants, malls and medical facilities.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location near shops in a quiet residential area. However, the hotel urgently needs to review its security access policy as the elevators have disabled access control to any floor.

Place was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of malls and restaurants. Will stay again

It was what we needed. Room was small bur comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was nice

The rooms were extremely uncomfortable, very small and the mattresses were small and very hard, barely any space between the beds, there was no amenities nor room service (no fridge, the soap provided in dispenser was the same for body and hair, odorless and it didn't make any foam), there were was no hand towels, the room had roaches( and we have 2 videos)!!! When we complained and requested to be moved to a better room we were told all the rooms were the same, that that was the concept of the hotel. The solution to hard mattresses was a thin and warm blanket( it is summer and very hot as it was). For the roaches we were told they use pest control( as if we were lying), the last time we complained about the roaches and requested someone to spray something we were told maintenance was gone for the day. We requested a full refund to which we were told we were losing our money and since reservation was done through a third party vendor most likely we will never see money. We checked out of the room the second night after we found another roach in the premises. We need our money back. NEVER STAYING AT THE IBIS OR ANY OF THE ACCOR PROPERTIES. DO NOT RECOMMEND CLIENTS TO THIS HOTEL!!!

Is a beautiful place, nice decorations Rooms door numbers vertical like it, nice staff But no refrigerator inside rooms 😔 Good food😃

We stayed confortable and we received they Best service.

I did not like to have to go back to the reception desk to ask to reactivate the card key every time I went back to the hotel, the laundry was not ready even at 8:00 pm, I requested someone to clean the floor and change the comforter that was accidentally spilled will soda and they said that I will have to wait until the next day. The breakfast tables were not cleaned or ready to be used at breakfast time after used. The taxis they recommend overcharge the tourists
