Very clean . No microwave and broken blow dryer but besides that very nice room . A little pricey for what you get .

People eating out of the garbage, sleeping on the floors by the food court. People sleeping at machines and no one said a thing to them. Waitresses only took care of people at the tables and didn't come around the slots unless you found one to get a drink. At the bar and restaurants they automatically add the gratuity on to the bill. Never spending my time or money there again. Very disappointed.

As a whole I like going to Resorts World ****** in the Catskills but this time things were a little different. The rooms were not as clean, my friend found a ***** under his couch and towels were not available at the pool or in the rooms so we had to use the same two towels for 3 days. When we asked for new towels the staff told us they did not get their delivery but nothing was mentioned of we will drop them off as soon as they come. Food options are limited and there is nothing really near by to even go off the property. I was also a little taken back by some of the staff this time. Waitresses on the ****** floor were rude and almost impossible to get a drink from unless you stood directly in front of where they went to get their drinks and even then they would tell you they would send someone to get your order. The restaurant staff even had us waiting for 15 minutes for a table that was empty the entire time we were waiting. It was just a little sub par this time which surprised me.

I don’t like that for the 2nd time in a row, the room was not available at 4:00 pm. The first time it wasn’t available until around 5pm, and the second time at 4:20 pm. You can’t ask people to check out and vacate room by 11 AM, but you yourself cannot provide access to the room at the designated time of 4:00 PM check in.

For one thing there is nothing to do here, but gamble, have a drink at the only bar, or eat Chinese food. Unless it's the weekend. Then you get two more dining options. The 24/7 Bistro there is a joke. I heard out server yelling at her manager in the kitchen when the manager told her to get back to work because she wasn't servicing us at all. The busloads of the Chinese people in the afternoon is off-putting. They don't really act like customers. They just loiter and wonder around. They camp at the entrance with dozens of bookbags everywhere, and eat their own packaged meals wherever they can sit. Whether it's the floor or hotel/casino furniture. Most are rude and have an odor like the homeless. A couple have walked up to me and yelled something at me that I couldn't understand while I was minding my own business.

Easy to check in and out. Convenient to stay, play, eat and shop all in one place. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

I have traveled around the world no problem with the usual resort hotel fees etc, but all the added fees and auto 20% Gratuities and then some for on site food and drinks while I continue to pump money in ****** is a little heavy and your definitely weighing down the average consumer who would probably stay an extra day or two but won't or return look at the bigger picture

Clean and friendly on a Thursday night sports was not open and not a lot of waitresses on duty.

Staff was very friendly and professional Check in was easy. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Food was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
