JUFA ホテル モンタフォン(Jufa Hotel Montafon)

I regret to say that my recent stay at your hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the welcome was anything but warm. The receptionist (Jasmine) was rude and seemed bothered by our presence or by the fact that the conversation wasn't in the local language. Disorganized check-in process; we were not given any basic information. Poor room cleaning service. We had a problem with yellow water from the taps and the disinterest in giving plausible explanations was evident and irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

We are a group of 4 families who spent 5 nights in Jufa Montafon. Aware that is a hostel and not a hotel, the place is decent , with acceptable rooms, good beds, rich breakfast. Food choice at dinner was quite poor. Nice big playing area for the children, indeed not well ventilated but the children enjoyed it a lot. Really bad was the service and the rudeness of the staff. We were asked to leave the table at 8 pm because the restaurant was closing, when other clients were still sitting without any pressure. The woman at the reception was answering always annoyed to any of our request and to our children. When I showed some concerns about the yellow water coming out in the sink and in the shower (picture attached), explaining that I was worried about cooking with that water ( I guess justifiable doubt) , she was laughing at me and repeating annoyed that it was fine and i didn’t have to worry (without any reasonable explanation); she even turned her back and went away while I was still there. Besides the classification of a hotel, kindness and helpfulness of the staff should be a must. We’ll never come back in this place.

Kids friendly, awesome indoor playground for kids. Good breakfast. Near to everything.

Is perfect for family. Sport hall and a lot of activities for children. Children can play football, hockey with ball, basketball, table tennis, table football and there are a lot of table Games. Big rooms.

Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber sonst alles prima!Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen war in Ordnung, die Sportangebote im Haus für Kinder waren sehr toll. Leider waren die Spieltische alle kaputt. Der Skibus braucht nur 5 min. und fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Das Skigebiet Golm für Familien, Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene völlig ausreichend.

Super tolle Lage, familienfreundliches Skigebiet, tolles Kletterzentrum leckeres Essen und sonst ein tolles Freizeitprogramm. Skibushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus und man fährt 5 Minuten bis zur Golmbahn. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Wir haben im Nebenhaus gewohnt und dort war es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Der Saunabereich war abends immer leer und super für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Kinder hatten auf dem Indoorspielplatz viel Freude. Die Spielecke, gerade die Spielküche, könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden bzw. einige Sachen erneuert werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Der Hoteldirektor allerdings etwas launisch und wirkte leider manchmal von seinen Gästen genervt.

Super Hotel! Toller Spielbereich für Kinder - Klettern, Billard, Tischkicker, Sauna groß mit Ruhebereich, Buffet toll, sehr große Auswahl, auch für Vegetarier, sehr nette Mitarbeiter:innen. Alles gepflegt und top Lage, zentral zum Skifahren am Golm oder Silvretta. Der Skibus gleich vor der Türe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Einfache/kompakte, aber zweckmäßige und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen vom Buffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Kinder im gut einsehbaren und auf kurzem Weg erreichbaren Spielbereich gut beschäftigt. Hotel ist gut gelegen, die unmittelbare Umgebung jedoch nicht sehr einladend. Im näheren Umkreis jedoch einige Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Einkaufen, Shoppen, Gondel...).
