Self check in還算方便，但完全感受不到服務。房間較大，衞生還不錯，離巴登火車站衹有20米的距離，秒到。

我覺得很不錯誒 晚上到的時候自主checkin 房間四個人睡很大很大

大概是距離巴塞爾DB火車站最近的酒店，如果第二天乘坐DB火車，是不錯的選擇。

自助入住，晚上沒有客服。出差為了方便選的，整體一般，沒有什麼特別。

仕事の都合で中央駅近くのホテルとして予約しましたが、バーゼルにはSBB(スイス国鉄)とDB(ドイツ国鉄)の中央駅がありました。距離にして５kmは離れている事に気がつきませんでした。SBBは新しく一部工事中でDBは古く格調高き建物でした。ホテルはDBのすく前で便利なわりに静かな環境で結果OKでしたが、びっくりです。ホテルとしては日本のビジネスホテルのようでしたが、広く清潔でした。朝食は隣の日本食の居酒屋となのますが、スイスとしては良い方でした。フロントの対応も良いと思います。

Highlights: spacious room, modern bathroom, kettle with good tea, wide selection of breakfast materials, friendly staff Other points: the hotel makes use of a self-check in which means there is limited reception availability, this works fine as you can call a 'virtual reception desk' 24/7. The price was high, but everything in CH tends to be expensive. The story: During a business trip visiting a firm in Basel I was booked to stay at the Royal Hotel for one night. It was my first trip to CH and as such I didn't realize I'd need to bring an adapter with me. Fortunately the hotel let me borrow one and save me from having to go into the office with a bad hair day (i.e. i needed my straighter). When I asked to borrow the adapter for the day, they actually offered it to me when I shared my story with them, this gesture of kindness really touched me!

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had a room for three and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great breakfast. Close to all forms of transportation. Staff was very helpful with using public transportation.

We only spent one night in Basel but thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel helped make for a great stay. Traveling with five has had us mostly staying in Airbnb’s and a hotel is never as spacious. But we fit adequately in one of their rooms. The staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful and kind. It was an easy 10-15 min walk to the Rhine for a swim on a hot afternoon and right across from one of the train stations - which also just happened to be near where we rented a car for the next leg of our journey. Very convenient!

The Hotel is no frills and if you arrive after 4PM you have to checkin via an electronic kiosk by the door. You fill up a bunch of screens and in the end it gives you a keycard to enter the hotel. You also have to use it in the elevator as the hotel is only on the 4th floor and all other floors have locks. The room was fairly large and well equipped. I particularly loved the alligator shaped soaps for the kids and the fully stocked minibar which was entirely free. There were also chocolates and cookies on the pillows. Nice wi-if too. Breakfast is served in a tiny room downstairs and even though there was a tiny amount of each of the things to eat, it was replaced often. The only person working in the hotel in the morning is the receptionist and the one tending breakfast. She was nice and responsive to our needs. A very good option for those needing to take the train from Basel Bad in the morning. A bit far from the city’s interesting bits though.

I arrived at the hotel and met a wonderful member of staff, Carmen. She checked us in quickly and showed us where to go for dinner. There was also a free ticket for using the public transport in Basil which took us straight from the train station to the centre of town. Thank you Carmen!

Hôtel intéressant pour dormir une nuit à Bâle ! Il est un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville, mais les transports en publics bâlois sont excellents et vous emmène au centre en 15 minutes. Sinon la chambre est fonctionnelle, rien à dire.

Breve soggiorno di una notte. Struttura con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facile da raggiungere in auto o con mezzi pubblici. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Servizi minimi, ma personale a disposizione per ev richieste. Animali ben accetti. Zona forse un po' rumorosa di primo mattino proprio per la vicinanza dei trasporti pubblici.

Hotel muito bom, quartos grandes, banheiro reformado, cama com colchão confortável, toalhas grandes e de boa qualidade. Café da manhã farto, de ótima qualidade. Parabéns a funcionária da recepção , muito gentil, que nos forneceu todas as informações solicitadas. Travesseiros macios demais, para o meu gosto. Localização um pouco distante do centro histórico.
