Good location, but the apartment is not well maintained and seemed like Cus Svc knew it earlier on but no immediate actions taken. (1) Apartment floor tiles cracked & might hurt esp. kids who are running around. (2) Main door lock system makes no sense because no door lock hinge from inside, hence, need the only one key to lock/open from inside & outside. In other words, if one person go out while the rest stays in the apartment, he/she needs to "lock them up" inside the apartment for security reasons !
