Simply the best stay we had in our 90days in the UK. Beautiful place, great service by our gracious host. I would definitely grab this one if you get a chance.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Grosvenor Villa, Richard was the perfect host like previous reviews Richard has lots of stories and full of information about bath, We could of listened to him all morning. Breakfast is plentiful, porridge was really good too! Will definitely stay here again.

What a unique and wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms, real charm and style and a sense of history about the building which is brought to life by Richard the host. Breakfast is plentiful, as is the coffee or tea. Facilities in room for making tea/coffee and small complimentary wine on arrival too. Recommended.

This is a small b&b, just 3 rooms. You are given a key to the gate and main door so can come and go as you please. The entrance is spectacular and definitely has the wow factor. I don’t think the pictures on the site actually did the room justice, it’s a very good size, lovely high ceilings and a beautiful four poster bed. This is within walking distance or Bath town centre or a taxi is about £6.50. Breakfast was continental but sufficient choice and enough to start the day. Complimentary water and wine was a nice touch. Would stay again

This is a stunning place with such history. We will definitely stay again. The host and owner is Richard he is a really nice chap that made are stay so pleasant. We also did the walk into the city alone the towpath well worth it. The breakfast was also really nice and fresh. If you want to go back in time to a place of class this is it. Enjoy like we did.

What a fabulous find! A beautiful home with a lovely host, Richard. Room was clean and spacious with complimentary wine! Coffee and tea plentiful Continental breakfast was presented beautifully and was nice to speak with other guests. Walk into town took us 20 minutes but there are plenty of buses if you would prefer. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
