On check in the digital key I was given would not open the door. I went back to reception and the helpful receptionist reprogramed? my key and said she would come with me to make sure all worked well. It didn't and she eventually opened the door with her master key. She had to give us another room on the other side of the building. This room was very small, uncomfortable and equipped with the very bare basics. I would also add that the room was very close to the main highway which was busy most of the night. This was also the highway you needed to drive on to get to the main shopping centres or beach areas Parking was underground. However, it was home to hundreds of birds that spent the night roosting on pipework above the cars with the obvious results. We were only there for one night. Would I stay there again - No. Would I recommend it to a friend - No. Do I think it was vale for money - No.

Location was suitable for our needs. Check-in was ok, although a phone call was required to bring staff to reception desk. Room was adequate and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Disappointed that the Centro Bar and Grill was not open, would have been convenient

Kym, the lady in the reception was very accommodating. She facilitated everything which included cancellation of my double booking and making our stay an enjoyable one. Coming from Perth to relocate to Sunshine Coast, we had a lot of baggage plus the long trip. Kym arranged an earlier checked-in and sent two equally kind ladies to assist us to our room. Thank you again Kym. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Property was nice enough, but apparently it's a party hotel. We staid two nights. First night wasn't too bad, lots of yelling and screaming but it subsided around 8pm. Second night was horrific, we had to endure a late night party that sounded like it was in our room. Won't be staying here again, we paid for a good nights sleep and almost needed a day off work to recover from the lack of sleep.

parking was difficult and tight coming out of the sun and going into the dark underground carpark was a concrete ledge that was too high and painted black my car wheel was damaged i have a late model Maserati the quote to repair $350 i will be seeking compensation i reported this to the attendant

This was a nice place to stay there os some stuff that needs fixing need a handlyman or someone there but good for the price. The place was mostly clean but you could see where the moping and vacuuming had been done there where patches of durt and dust. security does make you feel safe.

Friendly welcome at reception - clear directions and parking instructions

The spa at this property was so lovely and warm. The property itself could use some tlc. The couches weren’t comfortable and the beds were hard.

We stayed up there in this hotel for nine nights. There's few problems with inner and exterior lightings that some has been broken down before the room entry which hasn't been fixed overnight. And the interior light is also the same. Worse of all, the Ethernet socket was broken as it still remaining unfixed. The outside swimming pool(s) is very good with spa surroundings which is superb.
