We have just been lucky enough to spend a week here while visiting the area, from communications pre arrival onwards the staff were utterly charming and helpful to deal with nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well presented very clean & air conditioned, the pillow menu is superb & the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an impressive choice of everything from fruit juices to pastries. The hotels ambience is calm warm and welcoming. If you get the chance to stay here do so you won’t regret it and it’s very good value for money. Thank you Federico Francesco and the rest of the team

We have stayed at Hotel Palace several times over the past 6 years and have enjoyed it each time. For us, its location is close to family, shopping, and being in the center allows us to walk and stroll everywhere. During all our past and recent stays we’ve been welcomed by the same friendly, courteous, professional, and familiar staff who obviously care about our stay and comfort and make us feel like welcomed family home again…and we feel the same way too.

I really like the stay at this place. It's very clean and surprisingly quiet place. The breakfast was really well laid out with a good variety of continental treats and we really liked the personal service. It's very clean too with well managed table service and very clean tablecloths and napkins. I also really liked the cleaning staff we had keeping our room in ship shape condition. Well done Angela and thank you The parking can also be a help inside the garage Great location for us and close by to family and great for shopping near Pontecagnano Visit Sorrento and the coast from here including the local smaller airport that could be useful Well done the Management. I was very much impressed.

Hotel ubicato in zona centrale, comodo da raggiungere, dove si respira da subito un'area di tranquillità. Camere luminose ed accoglienti, dotate di un'ottima connessione internet che mi ha permesso di lavorare con serenità anche in videoconferenza. Colazione ottima ed abbondante (torta al limone consigliatissima).

La pulizia della stanza,la comodità del letto,la qualità della colazione rendono oltremodo gradevole il soggiorno
