ノヴァ ラックス ホテル & レジデンシズ

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Nice hotel inside a huge building. Fully furnished and very comfortable(the blanket and mattress especially). Hotel rooms are located in 4th floor so elevator is very accessible and not much waiting time unlike the other high-rise buildings. Recommended.

Amazing place! Nice room as well.

We spent 4 nights in these modern, newly built apart-hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the balcony nice but the view is poor, looking into the back of the next apartment. The air-conditioning systems at the back of the other building is also constantly noisy. The beach and Boulevard is nearby, across a busy road.

There was Electricity blackout whole night. Hair dryer wasnt working and they did not fix or replace. I paid extra cash for early check in. Lobby front desk was always absent. Room is small for the price. Cleaning service once in three days. Water and coffee provided only once you check in. It is not too bad i guess.

Nice accommodation

SUPER nice, much better than staying at one of the scammy new developments that are so prevalent in batumi these days. room was very clean, very nice. bed was a tiny bit stiff, but no matter cause everything else was lovely. would highly recommend.

Really not a good experience on check-in — I was treated extremely disrespectfully for simply asking how the office manager intended to store my data. He seemed to believe he could do what he liked with the passport copy (he legally can’t) - and said he’d store it for a year, or maybe six months (didn’t seem to know) in a flimsy cardboard file. When I said I was unhappy with that type of storage he very angry and attempted to switch the conversation 180 degrees said my booking was made by and American. I pointed out Georgias data protection laws and he got even more angry and he cancelled my booking. Unsurprisingly when I spoke to trip.com they confirmed he was very sorry fornhis behaviour and said I could return. When I said I felt uncomfortable staying there he refused to refund me - so essentially took my money. If you care about what happens to your photocopied passport then avoid. Also if you don’t want to be shouted out and gas-lit when you ask a simple question - avoid. I can’t comment on the quality of the rooms as I never saw them but want to comment on the behaviour I encountered.
