レジェンド ビジネス ホテル バトゥミ(Legend Business Hotel Batumi)

Big problems with water and noise from the street. Nice bed. But there is no remote control from the TV. I don't recommend it

This is mid-size hotel in Batumi. Location is a bit outside of Batumi city center. Near the beach. Surrounding with several restaurants. There is shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s large size. The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. Food is not variety. This hotel is not accept credit card.

The reception di not even do their job in a polite way! We booked two room in the same floor . But the don’t care about the note ! So we can’t reach each other room in different floor(18-23) We splent hours of our trip time to explain this problem to them But they do not have any proper answer in the usual way!!!

I had unpleasant experiences in this hotel. The room was vey smelly all the time! The bed is not comfortable at all! breakfast was not tasty nor healthy I believe! The elevator has no Logic and takes time! Location is not good, far from the tourist places. I would never book a room there honestly!

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose, everytime you stepped on it, there was a small fountain out of the water that accumulated underneath it. The advantages: the price is ok, next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall, a park, and the beach.

Room is clean and neat only. Terrible room service. Terrible operator for almost 3 hours calling for more than 10 time with no answer and I had to go every time to leave my room to the reception to log my request with no luck of having a solution. Terrible housekeeping service if there are housekeeping in this hotel. Trying from 7 pm till 1 am to get extra pillows and blankets with no luck and I had to go to the reception and I found many people also asking for similar requests from housekeeping but I wait till I got hold of housekeeping guys to take what I want from them and I took it to my room so my kids can sleep. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone after all experience I had for the 1st day after 6 hours driving from Tbilisi and all others experience with people waiting for towels or shampoo for more than 2 days …etc

Это просто надувательство. Даже двух звёзд не заслуживают. Окна опасно открываются наружу. Нет сервиса, нет нормального завтрака,вонь в туалете. Шумно. Не убирают, даже если напоминаешь. Пляжа нет. Единственным плюсом является близость маршрута 10 из аэропорта.
