Вид на 10 балов. Сам отель за счёт нахождения с казино на 1 этаже прокурен очень. Так же наматрасник не скрыл грязный матрац по которому химчистка плакала несколько лет назад. Номера просторные и уютные, но из-за давненько ремонта есть уже к чему придраться. При выселении на час задержались, никто не выгонял. Расположение отличное, завтраки хорошие. Спортзал не большой, но необходимое все есть.

Хороший очень большой отель. Территориально находится у берега моря. Номер был очень комфортабельный, большой, теплый, уборка на высоте. Очень понравился бассейн, сауна и хамам. Есть фитнесс зал, комфортабельный и всегда пустой) Завтрак шведский стол, разнообразный, вкусный. Там же находится казино но мы там не были, так что сказать ничего не могу. Краткое резюме: - приезжайте, вам понравится!

We got excellent rooms facing the sea. It was walking distance from the beach so we could walk down anytime. The beach is open till midnight with basic restaurants. There is a thai restaurant nearby where the food is very good and the staff is polite. Next to the hotel is Bazaar where you can go shopping till 7pm. The sun sets late so there is light till 8.30pm.

Not a good experience. The hotel is old and dated, with gaudy gold-edged lobby furniture. The bedroom was, no doubt, huge with a good view of the black sea beyond the view of the Batumi port terminal. The furniture, doors, and elevator had scratch marks. The staff and service leave much to be desired. One of the group members' room aircon was out of order, but no one came to fix it all evening. Eventually, we asked for a change of hotel, and the next day we checked into another hotel. However must mention that they had a HUGE spread for breakfast, quite exceptional, probably the best in any of our other hotels..cleanliness was poor, and the room amenities were almost non-existent. Would definitely not stay here again.

My third time in Batumi, and this is the hotel I enjoyed the most by far. The breakfast is great, the cleanliness and service in general are excellent. It was my wife's birthday and they spoiled her so much that we were shocked. We will definitely return to this hotel

Really poor breakfast which was not recharged at all. Poor management whom was not responsible at all. I will never come back to this hotel although the hotel has a nice view.. Poor coffee (It is frankly just dark boiled water) No animation at all and no amusement (The disco was closed and no sport or fun activities)

For your reference We were visited jrw welmond hotel between the dates 29/5 - 2/6. In 1/6 in the afternoon we get a call from the reception that we need to come. As we get there the receptionist told us that the cleaning lady found 2 dirty towels. We explained to her that we’ve been swimming in the pool ,on the chair been dirt of drinking and the chair was dirty and the towels been on the chair and after we finish we go with the towels on us to our room beacuse we’ve been wet. Any attempt to explain to the receptionist and her manager doesn’t work and they charge us for 80 GEL. It’s disgrace that hotel in yours level charge guests for this, I buy phone in batumi for 110 GEL for comparison. It’s my first and last time my foot will step in your hotel, if this who you threat your clients and guests you need to check your hospitality.

My recent experience at JRW Welmond Hotel & Casino in Batumi was nothing short of a nightmare. From the abysmal cleanliness to the inconsiderate staff, I cannot stress enough how I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel for their stay. I hope this letter reaches you as a sincere attempt to share my terrible experience at your establishment. My intention is not to complain needlessly, but rather to highlight the many shortcomings I encountered during my stay. My decision to stay at your hotel was based on its slightly higher rating, but the reality was a stark contrast. The rating should not be above 2, and this is me being generous. My time at your hotel left such a negative impression that even now, I find it hard to shake off the disappointment. My recommendation to anyone considering a stay at your hotel is unequivocal: NEVER stay here! First and foremost, I must address the issue of your reception staff. Their rudeness and their unwarranted refusal to speak Russian was utterly bewildering. It's essential to remind them that they are employees of your hotel and should conduct themselves accordingly, with respect and professionalism. I was aghast at the condescending attitude I encountered. The state of cleanliness throughout your hotel was deplorable. From the entrance area to the hotel lobby, the sofas, and even the shower room, everything was filthy. The internet connection was unreliable, the shower room leaked, and the mattress in my room had protruding springs. To make matters worse, the curtains were so dusty and dirty that they should not be touched at all. The windows were terribly dirty, obscuring any view. The breakfast offered was well below average, with food quality that left much to be desired. The restaurant staff's loud behavior was disruptive and inconsiderate to the guests trying to enjoy their meals. The pool area was in desperate need of renovation, with equipment and infrastructure visibly falling apart. The room I was given was supposed to have a sea view, but the reality was far from it. Instead, I had a view of some cranes on the embankment, which was far from the serene ocean view I had anticipated. My stay was so disheartening that I decided to check out immediately after breakfast, unwilling to endure another minute at your hotel. I implore you to take my feedback seriously and consider addressing the issues I've raised. I sincerely hope that you can improve the quality of your hotel and provide future guests with a more pleasant and comfortable experience.

Not a pleasant experience at all Staff lacking empathy, espcially Anna at the reception So unserviceable. The hotel is not clean and is not always cleaned properly Even the blankets are not clean after "cleaning״ Do your self a favor dont come to this hotel.

A old 4 star hotel with good ambiance & good location It requires bit upgradations . The lobby is good the amenities r good the rooms r big enough with a good view . However, the hotel's drawback was its distance from the city center, requiring extra effort to reach. The somewhat remote location might slightly impact your travel plans.
