私の人生で最悪のホテル 星2つですが、すべてが悪いです...

私たちは、フライトとホテルがセットになった Israir のパッケージを予約しました。私たちの予約は 1 件で、2 部屋でした。夫と私と両親 (年配のカップル) が到着すると、とても不愉快な若い女性が出迎えてくれました。部屋の準備がまだできていなかったので、荷物を倉庫に置いて近くのショッピング モールに行きました。昼食をとり、部屋の準備ができる 15:00 過ぎに戻ってきました。若い女性と若い男性が私たちの部屋を運んでくれましたが、彼らが到着した後、私たちが 17 階で、年配のカップルの両親が 12 階にいることがわかりました。私たちは同じ階に泊まらなければならないと伝えると、若い男性の答えは、それが私たちにはあります、というものでした。この時点で混乱を起こしたくなかったので、私たちは上に上がりました。部屋に着いた後、私は夫に、両親の様子を見に下に降りて、その後で同じ階の部屋を手配しようと伝えました。エレベーターに乗ると、両親の階に行けないことがわかりました。エレベーターを動かすには鍵が必要なのに、私の鍵では17階までしか行けないからです。つまり、両親が緊急時に私を必要としても、連絡が取れないということです。私はとても腹を立て、階下に降りて受付の若い男性と話をしました。年老いた両親を1階に一人で置くのは納得できないと伝えました。隣に座っていた別の若い男性が何があったのか尋ねると、彼はその男性に話しました。この男性はコンピューターをチェックして、同じ階の部屋を用意するが、2部屋とも変更しなければならないと言いました。私は、同じ階であれば大丈夫だと伝えました。すると、11階の隣の部屋を用意してくれました。部屋のメンテナンスはひどく、家具は壊れ、カーペットはシミがあり、シャワーを浴びるたびに浴室は水浸しになりました。食事は良かったのですが、ダイニングルームのスタッフのほとんどは感じの悪い人たちでした。私たちはバトゥミがとても気に入ったので、またいつか来るかもしれませんが、このホテルには絶対に来ません。

“The hotel was newly built and in a very good location. The amenities were still new and clean. Room service could be improved, and the reception staff’s attitude could be better. The variety of breakfast and dinner could also use some improvement. The pool water was extremely cold and mostly unusable, though it was very clean. The poolside bar was good and acceptable. Overall, the hotel has potential to be much better, but as it is now, it’s still decent.”

I am in this hotel right now Firs day we don't have a toothbrush in our room.they sent it one day later Today I left my room at 9 and right now the time is 3 My room is currently dirty and we don't have a clean towel and I need take a shower I went to reception and she was a rude person When i told her about the issue, she told me it is none of our business I am really angry and if i could cancel my reservation, I would have done it Very very poor service and rude reception and impolite behavior receptionist

Hotel employees were rude and they behave like street,hotel construction is not like a 5 star hotel and hotel service is terrible,the worse thing is that nobody answer you ,can feel that there is no managing system,never suggest to any body.

We were recommended by our travel agency to come to this hotel.Hotel personnel were not helpful. We had to remind them to come and clean our room! . Although we paid 100 Lari in advance for late check out (6 oclock). We were interrupted 3 times to inform us to leave the room !,
