セレナーデ全スイート - 大人専用リゾート(Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort)

We stayed on the adult only side and it was very nice. Everything is new on this side. Rooms were great!! We had access to the family side as well and checked that side out as well. It seemed very nice as well. The adult side is pretty calm and a great place to relax. The family side was more lively with entertainment throughout the day. The restaurants were great!! The buffet was good but was smaller and less options on the adult side compared to the family side. The pools were great, lots of loungers. The beach is nice, some sea **** but they clean it up every morning. All in all, we had a great time at this resort!! If you're looking to relax, this is the place. If you're looking for more of a party resort, I'd look elsewhere. Although the disco and the piano bar partied every night. I would recommend this resort to others.

This was by far the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have had in a while. The resort was very well kept and clean. The food was ok, but we weren’t there for the food. We mainly stayed by the pools, they were clean and quiet. The beach was nice, there’s plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. Will be going back in May with my morher and can’t wait!

Our stay at Serenades All Suites Adults only was amazing! The property is newly built and has a modern feel to it! Willy at the front desk accommodated my group with ease. The staff were very friendly. I recommend booking ALL your excursions through Kenny at the destination services counter near the lobby. Kenny was beyond helpful and super reliable! Our group never had to worry because we knew Kenny would help us out! The resort itself has many amenities. Everything we needed was there at the resort. We got the best of both worlds! We had access to the family section of the resort where they had most of the activities/entertainment for us to enjoy. While the adults side provided a very relaxing environment. We hope to visit again!

The both bathroom was clog, we play to stay at a suit vip and the tub & jucuzzie out of service ! Told the front desk and it was never fix… the food was always warm never hot… The restaurant “ steak house Cut the serve spill beer on me and no apology & she had us wait for our drinks … This was the worst experience!!! so much money and did not use the service… I even ask to relocate the room due to the service was out of order they told me they had no room available!! Not even a credit …. Horrible services

The property was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was outstanding. A special recommendation goes to Manuela Feli z our room service. To Kelly at the front desk and Santo our food server. In general, everyone was service with the smile. We highly recommend this hotel.

The property was a great size, very easy to get around. Several dining options with food available at any time of day. We had a swim out junior suite, designed very well with a lot of room. The service was great, a very welcoming and friendly team.

Felix the butler was amazing along with entertainment staff Resort is on quiet side for couples or older people which we loved. Nice modern property Food was alright 6/10 You do have to make reservations for the steakhouse and hibachi Only negative thing id have to say is there are a lot of smokers. Wish the resort had rules for not smoking as you will catch random smells of smoke often. They also did random renovations by the pool and had unappealing caution signs and tape all over.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this resort. Felt very safe and cared for. Perfect for solo travelers. I think the staff genuinely care and want to entertain you.
