Ocean Blue is a medium size resort. Not small. Not huge like Iberostar. However it has lots of fine dining (5) onsite just like the huge ones. Their beach is perfect with lots of free cabana like shaded seating. Only surprise was our scuba shop was onsite but actual dive boat was 2 resorts down the beach at Iberostar. A 10 minute walk, no problem. This side of island a bit choppy for diving. Smoother on South side. Resort super clean, safe and friendly staff. More young families and older couples. No Spring Break teens! Highly recommend this resort for families.

Great resort! Small but has a lot of restaurants and the food is excellent quality. The hotel is a little outdated and could use some upgrades but overall a wonderful value for the price. Definitely recommend the privilege upgrade!

The cosmetics of the property were beautifully done. What needs work is service. Room maid service impeccable. Room service needs ALOT of work!! Availability of pool/beach tools really need to be alot more accessible to the handicapped. Not oh get the concierge and he will get it. A person waits forever!!!

Bathroom needs to be updated. Staff needs to be more cordial with the guests. Waiters at the pool and beach would’ve been nice. Should be able to make reservations for the restaurant and not just first come basis
