Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

A great place for the price! Mostly everything was nice and clean. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t the best was that the rooms are definitely in need of updating. Otherwise it was a beautiful resort for a good price.

The food was awful and always cold even when went to the sit down restaurants. No English, so hard to communicate.

We had a very good time. Food was good, drinks were good too. Swimming pool was great, beach was beautiful. Thank you Palladium.

The room was dated, and not a good layout for me and my three grown kids. Pools were great. Buffet and dinners were fair.

I've visited various all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana and the Grand Palladium, unfortunately, has been the worst. I had two rooms booked for my family stay, upon arrival both rooms smelled horribly of mold and fungus. One of the rooms even had roaches. The king bed mattress in our room was terribly hard. It's comparable to sleeping on a plank of wood. We requested a mattress change or some sort of help with this during our whole stay. I spoke to Housekeeping staff, front desk agents and two different Guest Service agents to no avail. Food at these all inclusive resorts is not expected to be high end and at the Palladium food is also average. I must note that they require reservations for a la carte restaurants in advance which is incredibly inconvenient. During our 5 day stay we were only able to book one restaurant. I was able to bribe $ the host of the steakhouse to eat there on another night. The food was better than at the buffet but service took very long. Staff in general were very welcoming and kind. But servers at restaurants and pool would often take an order and completely forget to bring it to you. The hotel grounds are well kept and the pools are clean. Spa services are well priced and the staff is good. The beach is one of the nicest we've visited in Punta Cana but there's a lot of random people selling misc items or services. It gets annoying quick. It was our first visit to this Hotel and unfortunately the last. Next time we'll book another resort.
